Aaron Henry is the chief legal officer and corporate secretary at CoreLogic. In this role, Henry is responsible for CoreLogic's global Legal and Compliance functions. Henry brings a track record of strong leadership and a wealth of experience across the legal and compliance spectrum to CoreLogic. Prior to joining Core Logic in November 2019, Henry served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at MoneyGram International. Prior to MoneyGram, Aaron served in senior legal roles at The Western Union Company and First Data Corporation. Henry holds an economics degree from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctorate from George Washington University.

Devi Mateti

Devi Mateti is an experienced senior executive general manager with a record of successfully leading strategy, innovation, customer- focused new product development, and go-to-market for companies in the technology, information and data services sectors. Currently, Mateti serves as President, Enterprise Digital Solutions, overseeing CoreLogic's property intelligence, data licensing and real estate solutions which collectively support the process of targeting, selecting and marketing a new or existing home during the sale process. Mateti was previously the Chief Data Officer, with responsibility for Data and Analytics strategy, innovation, operations and product fulfillment. He also served as the Executive General Manager for CoreLogic's Collateral Valuations Technology business unit where he was responsible for strategy, acquisitions, innovation and sales for the market leading technology and risk management platforms that serve 1000+ mortgage lenders and financial services clients. Prior to CoreLogic, Mateti worked at Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) for six years where he served as senior vice president of Product Management for their Risk and Supply Chain Management Solutions. While there he held responsibility for D&B's flagship Risk and Supply SaaS solutions generating more than $500M in revenue. Previously in his career, Mateti worked at Boston Consulting Group as a top-tier strategy consultant to Fortune 500 companies in technology, financial services, and consumer goods industries. Additionally, Devi was technical product development lead at Bloomberg LP where he led an international team of software engineers developing products for trading systems and exchanges in the financial services industry. Mateti holds an MBA from University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and a Master's in Computer Science from Syracuse University.

Garret Gray

Garret Gray is an executive leader who is the President of CoreLogic's Protect Business Unit. Gray leads a team of industry experts focused on building market-driven solutions that drive better customer outcomes throughout the property insurance ecosystem. Prior to this, Gray led CoreLogic's claims operations to drive transformative change and provide insurance carriers and contractors with solutions to enhance the claims experience. Previously, Gray was the founder and CEO of Next Gear Solutions, acquired by CoreLogic in August 2021. Next Gear is an industry-leading source of water mitigation, job and sales management software and claim scoping and auditing solutions. Next Gear's tools are used by 8,700-plus restoration companies across the United States and Canada and most of the top 25 U.S. insurance carriers.

Jay Kingsley

Jay Kingsley is a proven executive with over 25 years of strategic and operational leadership experience in the mortgage, insurance and consulting industries. Currently, Kingsley acts as the President, Buy, overseeing mortgage analytics, collateral valuation and escrow services. Prior to this, Kingsley served in a number of important senior operational and strategic roles at CoreLogic, including as Chief Transformation Officer, and as the leader overseeing Credit & Borrower Solutions, which under his leadership, launched industry-leading solutions including AutomatIQ Borrower and transformed the business to achieve double-digit revenue growth. Prior to joining CoreLogic, Kingsley served as vice president of mortgage default servicing at HSBC. He also spent time as director of servicing strategy and business development for HSBC, managing rating agency relationships and developing new product and servicing strategies for the company's mortgage business. Kingsley was formerly director of strategy and business development at Allstate Financial and also led consulting engagements in a strategic capacity while at A.T. Kearney and Ernst & Young. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and sociology from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Jeff Henry

Jeff Henry is the Head of Technology at CoreLogic. In this role, he is responsible for the ongoing transformation of Corelogic's digital infrastructure and information technology with a goal of delivering sophisticated yet frictionless technology that enables faster time to market product delivery, seamless operations and superior employee and customer experience. Jeff has more than 25 years of successfully running global enterprise technology organizations and strategic programs. Since joining CoreLogic in 2017, he has led cloud strategy, migration and operations, as well as the Infrastructure and Security Operations teams. Prior to joining CoreLogic, Jeff led multiple global technology organizations, strategic programs and enterprise architecture teams at Nielsen and Ernst & Young. Jeff received his dual bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and Accounting from Arizona State University.

Jim Balas - CFO

Jim Balas is the chief financial officer of CoreLogic, responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, capital allocation, risk management as well as the corporate finance functions including our financial planning and analysis and business finance teams. Balas also plays a key role in strategic initiatives including mergers & acquisitions and the company's transformation and productivity programs. Additionally, he oversees long-term tax planning, cost management policies, control and reporting operations. Balas initially joined CoreLogic in March of 2011, as senior vice president, controller and principal accounting officer. In 2012, his role expanded to include oversight of finance in addition to his other responsibilities. Prior to joining the company, Balas held a variety of senior finance leadership positions at several publicly traded companies after a successful 10-year career at Ernst & Young and Capgemini. Balas is a CPA and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

John Rogers

John Rogers holds the role of Chief Innovation Officer for CoreLogic and is responsible for the R&D. From driving new solutions that understand the impacts to the real estate economy due to climate change, to ground-breaking models that identify suitable land for affordable housing development, the R&D group tackles major housing issues and works with many clients across the housing industry to drive growth and mitigate risk on their book of business. Prior to joining CoreLogic, John was a Partner with IBM Global Business Services where he focused on the delivery of large multi-million transformational programs for the financial sector both in the United Kingdom and Australia. Prior to this, John worked as a consultant for Itim Consulting, a boutique management firm based in London. John's primary role was as a program manager on a number of assignments delivering global solutions within retail, pharmaceuticals, logistics and information services industries. John earned a bachelor's degree from University of Glasgow, United Kingdom in Aerospace Engineering.

Kendra Angier - CHRO

She brings a vast array of global leadership experience having led world-class HR teams to attract, develop, engage and reward diverse talents. Kristie Vainikos Stegen

She previously led NielsenIQ's North America marketing and communications team as well as global communications for Nielsen's U.S. consumer business, global internal communications and alumni relations. Prior to joining Nielsen, Kristie held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility in marketing and communications at Citigroup and Avis/Budget Group. Lisa Claes

Lisa Claes joined CoreLogic International in 2016 as Managing Director, responsible for its operations across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Claes' executive capabilities extend across digital and data analytics, omni-channel management, product development and risk management directed towards transforming mature businesses to deliver profit sustainably and create outstanding customer advocacy. These skills have been honed across the retail banking, financial services and property industries and have been applied both locally and internationally at scale. Immediately prior to joining CoreLogic, Claes served as an Executive Director for the Dutch banking giant, ING, responsible for its Australian retail and commercial banking operations while holding broader accountabilities for data, digital and lending transformation strategies as part of ING's global Retail & Mortgage Councils. Earlier in her career Claes practiced as a barrister, served as General Counsel and Head of Compliance & Operational Risk for both ING in Australia and the diversified financial services group Mercantile Mutual. Claes earned a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts/Laws from the University of Queensland.

Matt Kjernes

Matt Kjernes is the Head of Engineering at CoreLogic. In this role, he is responsible for the technology strategy, build and operations of CoreLogic's applications with the goal of delivering a rich user experience for the vast population of property professionals that CoreLogic supports t through its industry leading capabilities. Throughout Matt's career, he has led several strategic teams focusing on technology M&A, software asset management, technology strategy, architecture, big data/data warehousing, B2B/API, and product engineering. Patrick Dodd - CEO, President

Pat Dodd joined CoreLogic in 2020 as the Chief Operating & Growth Officer and was named President and CEO in January 2022. Over the past three decades, Dodd has held senior executive leadership positions at Nielsen and predecessor companies, ultimately rising to Global President and Chief Commercial Officer of the $3 billion Nielsen Global Connect division in January 2019. Previously, he led Nielsen's International Division, spanning to over 100 markets around the world. Prior to that, he was responsible for overseeing Nielsen's business operations in 23 of the world's fastest-growing markets and held numerous senior leadership positions, including serving as President of Nielsen Europe, China and Canada. Dodd serves on the board of Bitmovin, a global, online media streaming platform designed to offer video infrastructure for online media companies.
