Alice Henderson Bell has always believed this to be true. At one of life's crossroads in 2000, Alice took a leap of faith and opened her own real estate firm, Alice Henderson Realty & Rentals (AHRR). Realizing that there was a void in the local market for well managed rental homes for families, that was the initial emphasis for the company. The company flourished.
Although her team has always been made up of licensed real estate sales agents and property managers, the community reputation for AHRR was for property management and not property sales. In 2017, an opportunity arose to team with Three Sixty {real estate} to create a next generation approach with the company 360 Management. The core values and complementary strengths of the two companies were apparent from the very start, and the AHRR team is now integrated into the Three Sixty {real estate} family of companies.
Alice has a degree in Communication Disorders from Auburn University. While working as a public school speech pathologist, she began selling real estate on the weekends, and the rest is history. Matching properties to buyers or tenants and financing equates to putting a giant puzzle together. Each transaction is unique. It is obvious to all who know Alice or meet her that she loves what she does and she LOVES Auburn, Alabama!

Growing up in small-town Arkansas as the oldest of four children, with a widowed mom, Emmy Martin Sorrells learned at an early age that hard work is important and that education is one of the things that you cannot have taken away from you. She carried these lessons with her when obtaining her undergraduate degrees in English and Psychology from Auburn and the University of West Alabama and then in her work in the banking, engineering and pulp and paper industries. Back in 2001, Emmy found herself wanting to go back to work part time after her first child was born and ended up owning and operating a private preschool. While it was a not a direct path to the real estate world, she claims overlaps perfectly with her work now (but not for the reasons you might think!):
"Imagination is the ability to turn anything into a rocket ship, or an animal, or a best friend. Or to see the hidden potential in a fixer-upper or on a large white wall in your unfinished basement," she explains. Also, "Nothing you do for children is ever wasted. Spending time at home, laughing, eating, creating memories is the best gift you can give your family. I want to help you find a HOME, not just a house."
She has worked hard to make herself a Top Producing Agent for Three Sixty and an expert in Residential New Construction. "I love the process of seeing a house come out of the ground, whether it's a builder spec home or a client pre-sale. The whole process is so rewarding when the construction and design processes merge to create a beautiful house that someone will soon turn into their first, next or last home."
Emmy and her husband, Kevin, met in the loveliest village while in college and have been married since 1995. They loved their little college town so much they decided to make it their home. They have two children who are now away at school, making them new to the empty nest club. Their daughter is studying graphic design and art direction at SCAD and their son is a student athlete studying Physical Therapy at UAB.
Emmy loves all things Auburn, goes to the beach every chance she has, loves Pilates & yoga, live music (remember concerts?!) and takes every opportunity she can to travel. She makes her bed every day, is a member of Cornerstone Church, and volunteers for just about everything she can.
She recently earned her Broker's license and has several accreditations, listed below. Emmy continues to pursue these new designations as often as she can, because she believes that, as Oscar Wilde famously said, "you can never be overdressed or overeducated." Emmy never fails to inspire us or make us laugh, and her clients agree! We are so lucky she is a part of the Three Sixty team.
Jamie Peters loves being part of Auburn's local community and helping that community grow and develop in her role as a Realtor. She is happy to offer her expertise in what can be one of the biggest financial decisions her clients will ever make. As an Auburn native, Jamie grew up in the area and attended Auburn City Schools where she enjoyed cheering for the Tigers on Friday nights! Jamie began her education at Southern Union State Community College in Opelika, where she earned her Associate's degree. She then continued her education at Auburn University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Degree in Finance.
Jamie enjoys visiting family and friends at the lake, with her parents on Lake Harding and her grandparents on Lake Martin. She also loves to bake for her side business, Butter Me Up Custom Cakes! Jamie recently bought a house in Opelika. She enjoys flying with her boyfriend Austin, who is a corporate pilot in Auburn. They have a Pomeranian named Boo and they enjoy going to the beach and flying to new places together!
