Considering that the Bogota Chamber of Commerce is Corferias' majority stockholder, Corferias is one of its affiliated companies. However, Corferias has its own independent legal standing as a private for-profit publicly traded corporation... Corferias is the main Latin-American partner of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI)... We also promote and organize Colombia´s participation in fairs and exhibitions outside this country, as a means of promoting industrial and commercial development.
