Allen Westermann

Allen's career spans a variety of senior finance and project leadership roles. After leaving public accounting as an audit manager, he started his corporate career in financial consolidations and external reporting. As his company grew through acquisitions numbering close to a thousand, the need for improved processes and technology had him spearhead the implementation of a global consolidation and reporting project. Later on he would again manage a global implementation of SAP general ledger to standardize the technology across the organization and streamline processes. In between these significant systems projects, he was the controller for the company's higher education segment. After, the SAP deployment, he was the Vice President of Strategy for Global Business Services focused on driving efficiencies in back office operations. Before bringing his expertise into the consulting world with Contaxt Solutions, he was the head of global sourcing and procurement and managed some $2b in indirect spend negotiating vendor contracts and implementing technology solutions to streamline the buying process.

Jeff serves as head of tax reporting outsourcing group - responsible for all aspects of tax reporting for complex Fortune 500 companies, including forecasting, quarterly and annual reporting, footnote preparation, and communication with finance team, internal and external auditors and other significant stakeholders. ONESOURCE Tax Provision (OTP), ONESOURCE Operational Transfer Pricing (OOXP), SAS FM, Oracle FCCS and other consolidation systems used to complete tasks.
