Fred is a driven and reliable Recruiting and Operations Manager with over 10 years of experience within the transportation and logistics industry. In his previous management roles, he recruited for Operations, Accounting, Safety, Administration, Transportation and Managerial positions. He has always enjoyed finding the best talent to be part of his team; he knows that the right people are key to success in any business. Fred has a history of low turnover and successful customer relationships. Fred is also a world traveler, and loves embracing new cultures and experiences. This makes him highly adaptable and empathetic; instead of expecting people to speak his language, he ventures to learn theirs. Fred has a BA in International Business with a concentration in Spanish, and a certificate of Supply Chain Management from USC. He is Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Johana Fernandez

Johana has a multi-cultural understanding of human behavior and motivations, making her particularly adept at conflict resolution. Prior to starting at Coneybeare, she worked at a non-profit organization for youth, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove, for 9 years. Her successful career with the non-profit taught her many valuable skills about working with a very diverse community, as well as how to successfully manage and lead a team. Johana is a passionate, kind and empathetic individual who gives herself fully to everything she does. Johana uses her great communication skills and relationship building expertise to find and place top candidates for Coneybeare. Johana is bilingual in English and Spanish. She has a BA in Psychology and a BA in English.

Julianne Wazny

Julianne started with Coneybeare as an intern and was hired full time after her internship ended. She is now our Recruiter Analyst. She is a conscientious, capable, and passionate individual. Coneybeare is lucky to have her as a Recruiter Analyst. She is smart, fast, original, and super capable.

Julie Martinez

Julie has worked as the Accounting Manager at Coneybeare since 1990. Julie manages all of Coneybeare's payroll processing, weekly and quarterly tax preparation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections and monthly general ledger reports. In over 30 years at Coneybeare, Julie has never missed processing our weekly payroll! Not only is Julie extremely dependable, efficient and capable, she is warm, flexible, and trustworthy. Julie is affectionately dubbed "the mother of Coneybeare" because she makes sure we "cross our t's and dot our i's" in an increasingly complex legal compliance environment. She interfaces with Coneybeare's CFO and CPA to produce all of Coneybeare's financial reports. Julie was awarded the "Outstanding Employee of the Year" in 1999 by the Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce. Of course, for Coneybeare, Julie has been an outstanding employee every year since 1990!

Michel Rivera - Managing Director

Michel has been in the recruiting and staffing industry with Coneybeare since 2007. He has been intimately involved in the success and growth of Coneybeare, taking on several roles in the process: Business Development, Recruitment, and Regional Manager. He is an outstanding recruiter as well as trainer and mentor. Michel is a great listener, and his natural empathy, curiosity and adaptability make him a valued partner both at Coneybeare as well as for our clients. Michel studied LEAN manufacturing principles, which he applies to making our recruitment processes more streamlined, as well as gives him better understanding of the manufacturing customers he serves. Michel has over 14 years of experience recruiting for Industrial Construction, Manufacturing (Aerospace, Technology, Medical, Defense, etc.) Energy, Professional and other industries. Our business model focuses on understanding each client, their culture, and their industry; allowing Michel to become an expert in many different sectors and types of positions. Michel has a BA in Business Administration, and is trilingual in English, Spanish and French.
