David Wright is Managing Director having joined the business in 1986, a business founded by his twin brother Ken in 1982. David has a strong track record in Team Development, Performance Management and Psychometric Testing. David has the experience, tools and the management team to help your organisation change.
John is Wright Consultancy's expert on Psychometric Testing and leads our specialist company HR Profiles. John has worked in Europe, Africa and North America with a terrific range of organisations from large corporation to small enterprises.
Karen who is Managing Partner joined Wright Consultancy as a senior consultant in 2001. Karen has a degree in Human Resources Management, teaching diplomas and a Master's Degree in Drama from UCD and a MBA. Karen has excellent facilitation and coaching skills
Ken Wright holds a MA in Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin. He has a Diploma in Personnel Management, is a member of the CIPD and has studied law at Kings Inn Dublin. He is a specialist in Organisation Behaviour, Change Management, Team Building and Leadership. He is a qualified and experienced selection tester, using psychometric test.
He established in 1982; WRIGHT CONSULTANCY LTD., now incorporating TEAMWORKS LTD. and LEADING EDGE Outdoor Programmes. All have established an excellent reputation with their clients. He and his colleagues have worked at all levels within the major Irish and multi-national companies.
His expertise has developed over many years in Human Resource and Employee Relations at work with General Motors (Vauxhall) Luton; Local Government Training Board (U.K.); Price Waterhouse, Dublin; Group Personnel Manager of Tegral Holdings Limited ( which was part of the CRH Group, Dublin). Ken has a bank of employee relations and management development experience, which culminated in his preparation of published material on organisational policy issues.
Liam Scollan is an experienced CEO and a distinguished leader in social enterprise. Since 2013 Liam has focused on coaching individuals and teams. Liam is a member of the International Coach Federation.
Business Partner Shane Twomey a Human Resource practice specialist has over 16 years experience in Human Resources, having worked with a wide-range of oganisations.
