Jack Murray has gained wide-ranging experience in real estate and housing spanning over forty years. Entering the industry immediately after graduating Lamar University, earning a BBA in Marketing, he remained in the Beaumont, Texas market with an area homebuilder; the first two years in direct sales and then eight years managing one of its operations, followed by four years as a manager for the area's largest real estate company. He joined a Texas lender in 1984, which included a move to the DFW Metroplex, and over the next five years served as Vice President restructuring and disposing of land holdings in both single family and multifamily communities across the state. Returning to the new home industry in 1989 his duties expanded into lot and land acquisition acquiring over $100M in finished lots. Starting in 2003 Murray gained invaluable knowledge and industry contacts during his five-year tenure as Sr. VP of Consulting with Residential Strategies, Inc. In 2009 he co-founded Contour Real Estate & Development, LLC.

Jim Tchoukaleff graduated from Kansas State University with a BS degree in Landscape Architecture with a Minor in Regional and Community Planning in 1996. He has almost twenty years' experience in the real estate industry and holds the distinction of being a Registered Landscape Architect in the State of Texas. During his first four years he served as project manager in Planning and Landscape Architecture at Carter & Burgess, a nationally recognized Engineering Firm focused primarily on single-family development. The following eight years, Mr. Tchoukaleff worked at Arcadia Realty Corp. a development firm specializing in Mixed-Use Traditional Neighborhood Development. The last three years with Arcadia he served as COO handling day-to-day operations of the company. With this experience, he has been involved in over twenty land development communities, developing over 3,000 residential lots, representing approximately $150 million of construction. He has established a strong reputation as a knowledgeable and fair businessman in the local real estate community. Mr. Tchoukaleff is co-founder of Contour Real Estate & Development, LLC.
