Bradley Mossman - VP

Brad Mossman, longtime vice-president of the company, recently assumed the role of president of CCT Greater China. Mr. Mossman served as Director of the State of Hawaii's Office of Planning and also as Deputy Director of the State Department of Business and Economic Development, playing a key role in strengthening Hawaii's economy and expanding its technology industries. Working with Mr. Onuma, he was director of Corporate Planning for the high-tech firm Pihana Pacific, Inc. and then ran his own business consulting firm, Strategy Pacifica, Inc. before again joining forces with Mr. Onuma as a co-founder of CCT. He has been involved with CCT at each step of its development. Mr. Mossman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Hawaii and an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

Donn Mukensnable

Donn guides the product research, development, and support of Convergence CT along with the diverse cross-functional team at CCT Labs. He brings to bear 50 years of experience in computing and data management technology across 4+ generations of software, hardware, and operating systems to address complex challenges in information delivery products and services. He has been a member of the Convergence CT team from 2004, bringing innovative approaches utilizing the latest in computing resources to solve the intricate problems of today's healthcare ecosystem.

Dr. James Huang

Dr. James Huang is currently the Director of the Project Management Department of Convergence CT Taiwan branch. He earned a Ph.D. from National Defense Medical Center with a focus on medical sciences, human genetics, and drug research and development. Dr. Huang has served as the director of academic department of MedCom Asia, providing doctors and professors with various academic and medical science-related consultations and guidance. In addition, Dr. Huang also worked as a research at the Shenzhen Geno-immune Medical Institute and cooperated closely with clinical doctors to provide gene therapy for patients with inherited diseases such as thalassemia, hemophilia and sickle cell disease, and to provide CAR-T therapy for terminal stage cancer patients. As a member of the Convergence CT team now, Dr. Huang currently uses scientific knowledge and extensive experience in the medical field to provide the fastest solutions for the global medical customers or life science companies to solve their complex scientific problems.

Dr. Rongtai Wei

Dr. Rongtai Wei is a member of the Academic Team of CCT Taiwan. He earned his Ph.D. from Rutgers University, with a focus on neuroscience research, and completed his postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institute of Mental Health, NIH, USA. Dr. Wei held a faculty position at the National Health Research Institutes, Taiwan, before moving to the private sector in Taiwan. He previously served as case manager to facilitate research paper publication and while performing additional management responsibilities at MedCom Asia, Inc.

Governor George R. Ariyoshi - Chairman

The Hon. George R. Ariyoshi, founding chairman of Convergence CT, now honorary chair and board member, is a major figure in the development of the State of Hawaii. He was the youngest person elected to the legislature in the landmark postwar election of 1954, which was the pivot to statehood in 1959. He is the State's longest-serving chief executive, serving as governor from 1973 to 1986. He is a mainstay of the East West Center of the University of Hawaii and is active in technology businesses in Hawaii, Silicon Valley and around the Asia Pacific. Mr. Ariyoshi holds a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and a law degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Hemjö Klein

Hemjö Klein, recently named CCT Executive Chairman, brings long experience in international investing, transportation, and the management of multinationals. He has served variously as chief executive officer of Lufthansa Airlines Passenger Division; as deputy chairman of Germany's national railway; and as a member of the executive board of Germany's largest retailer. Since 2002, he has been CEO of Live Holding AG, an investment and business-strategy firm with offices in Berlin and Los Angeles.

Lambert P. Onuma - CEO, Founder

Lambert P. Onuma, co-founder of Convergence CT, is chief executive officer. He has a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan. Originally from Hawaii, he worked for twenty-three years in technology industries in the Silicon Valley. He worked at the Digital Equipment Corporation in Palo Alto, then co-founded and led two startup high-tech companies. He returned to Hawaii in 1999 and, in collaboration with Mr. Ariyoshi, founded Pihana Pacific, the first company in the Pacific to provide neutral internet exchange data services. Pihana was merged with Equinix in 2002, at which point Mr. Onuma turned to the development of CCT. In addition to serving as CEO, Mr. Onuma serves as a member of the Board of Directors of AMGA Analytics and Castle Medical Center, which is part of the Adventist West Health System.

Lorraine McGregor

Lorraine is responsible for strategy, revenue, product development, sales and marketing working with US and European pharmaceutical, healthcare and life sciences companies. Prior to joining CCT, she was the CEO and co-founder of Spirit West Management Ltd responsible for developing growth, exit and acquisition strategies for technology, professional services and manufacturing companies. Having worked alongside the management teams of more than 300 businesses in the US, Canada & the Caribbean, she is highly skilled at optimizing the path to growth and in scaling up operations. She co-founded two tech companies and is on the board of Kinesis Identity Security Systems and Vela Wealth. As the former President of the Vancouver Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Lorraine is a prominent voice in how to make a business saleable and what works and doesn't in mergers and acquisitions. She is based in Vancouver, Canada.

Russell Hata - CEO, Chairman

Russell Hata is the Chairman and CEO of 104-year-old Y. Hata & Co., Limited, a $260 million wholesale foodservice distributor with locations in Honolulu, Hilo and Lihue. He also is the founder of ChefZone, the first foodservice club store in Hawaii. Russell is the grandson of Y. Hata's founder and namesake, Yoichi, and is credited with the company's turnaround and expansion. As an entrepreneur, he has delved into various industries including healthcare, technology, importing and consulting. He received his bachelor of Business Administration with a finance degree and a MBA from the University of Hawaii, Manoa Campus.

Sherry Chang

Accurate interpretation and effective communication of medical research is essential to inform clinical decisions. Dr. Sherry Chang leads a team of research scientists dedicated to the effective synthesis and communication of complex medical data, health care information, and clinical research results into clear and concise scientific reports. She received her Ph.D. degree in Human Genetics from The University of Melbourne under the supervision of Professor KH Andy Choo at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute. Since 2009, she has worked closely with clinicians of different medical specialties and developed interdisciplinary expertise in biomedical research, covering basic sciences, clinical sciences, and database research. She has accumulated proficient knowledge in all aspects of medical publishing, including research design, publication planning, interpretation, and presentation of data. She currently provides research design consulting and medical publishing consulting services for medical communications, hospitals and pharmaceutical companies.
