Angelique Romero joined Cosio Law Group in August 2015. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Miami in 2011. In 2014, she received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, graduating Cum Laude.
During her time in law school, Ms. Romero was a staff editor of the St. Thomas Law Review, and her article was published in their publication. She also worked as a law clerk at law firms specializing in insurance litigation.
As of 2014, Ms. Romero is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida. She specializes in the areas of premises liability and first party property damage cases.
Eduardo Cosio founded Cosio Law Group in January 2000. He is a 1984 graduate of the University of Miami, where he earned his Bachelor's degree. In 1987, he received his Juris Doctorate degree from Boston College.
His practice includes a focus on Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury/Wrongful Death Defense, Product Liability Defense and Insurance Coverage issues.
Mr. Cosio is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell. An AV certification mark is a testament to the fact that a lawyer's peers rank him or her at the highest level of professionalism. Mr. Gutierrez has been a member of the United States Navy League, Tampa Council and served as its president during 2011 and 2012. He is a member of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
Jose A. Gutierrez is a Partner with the Firm. Mr. Gutierrez will be in charge of the firm's Tampa office in addition to having a significant presence in the Miami office. He has successfully tried numerous personal injury and wrongful death cases to verdict throughout the State of Florida. In addition to his trial advocacy experience, he has prepared appellate briefs in every appellate court of the State of Florida, including the Supreme Court of Florida, and has presented appellate arguments in the First, Second, Third, and Fourth District Courts of Appeal. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Gutierrez was a Partner and Shareholder at Melkus, Fleming and Gutierrez. His practice concentrates on civil defense, premises liability, as well as catastrophic accident cases involving railroad, trucking and intermodal accident cases.
Julie Bork Glassman joined Cosio Law Group in June 2002. She is a 1991 graduate of the University of Florida, College of Liberal Arts & Sciences. In 1994, she received her Juris Doctorate degree from The University of Miami School of Law, graduating Cum Laude.
Her practice includes general civil litigation, with an emphasis on premises liability and automobile liability, including personal injury and property damage claims. Ms. Glassman also defends first party lawsuits against insurance companies and handles coverage issues.

Luis Arguelles joined Cosio Law Group in June of 2022. He focuses his litigation practice on the areas of premises liability and appellate litigation.
Mr. Arguelles began his legal career as a staff attorney in central staff at the Third District Court of Appeal of Florida, where he assisted the court by analyzing legal issues, summarizing arguments, and drafting memoranda. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate attorney at a commercial litigation firm in Miami.
Mr. Arguelles graduated from Florida State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in political science. In 2019, he received his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, graduating Cum Laude.
