Charley P. Peck - President

Charley P. Peck is President of Energy Services Group, Inc., a wholly owned division of Cooper Natural Resources, Inc. Mr. Peck joined CNR in 2015 and has served this company through the past seven years as Senior Account Manager, Business Manager, Vice President and General Manager prior to his promotion to President. Charley attended Murray State University and majored in chemistry and biology. Before joining CNR, Mr. Peck was employed for twenty years with Brenntag, the world's largest chemical distributor and brings with him vast knowledge pertaining to the chemicals industry. In his tenure with Brenntag, he served in various roles such as, Sales Representative, Branch Manager, Corporate Director of Material Management, and Vice President of Sales and Material Management for Brenntag Southwest. After leaving Brenntag, he owned and operated a lubricant company serving the mining, steel and oil construction industries.

Gregory T. Cooper served as chairman and chief executive officer of Cooper Natural Resources, Inc.; a position held since 1996. Before joining CNR, Cooper served as president and chief executive officer of LCI, Ltd. (1994-1996), Brenntag Southwest (1992-1994), and Conquest Chemicals, Inc. (A Stinnes Company) (1989-1992). Mr. Cooper's chemical industry experience include d 11 years of leadership with Chemtech Industries, Inc., beginning in 1978. Before his role as the company's executive vice president and chief operating officer (1987-1989) he served in various capacities including vice president and general manager of the distribution division (1986-1987), director of sales and marketing of the manufactured products division (1984-1986), the distribution division's business director (1981-1984), marketing manager (1979-1981) and product manager (1978-1979).

Jim Finley

Jim Finley is CEO of Finley Resources. Finley Resources owns interests in approximately 2,500 wells in 13 states. Jim also owns Mesa Well Servicing, LP, based in Hobbs, New Mexico, and Mesa Southern, based in Jourdanton, Texas. Together, Mesa and Mesa Southern own 60 well service rigs and employ more than 340 people. Jim and his wife Charlotte also own Slick Rod Systems, LLC, which sells, installs and services continuous sucker rod in the San Juan and Permian Basins, and ATD, LLC ("Air Tech") which supplies air drilling equipment from Hobbs, New Mexico. Jim also owns Pecos Transport, based in Orla, TX, and a 47% interest in a commercial water disposal facility in western Tarrant County. Jim is active on the boards of various public and private companies as well as several non-profit organizations. Current board positions include Southwest Bank, Downtown Fort Worth, Inc., the Boys and Girls Clubs of Fort Worth, The University of Texas College of Natural Sciences, Advisory Board and the Board of Visitors of the McDonald Observatory. He began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co., working primarily with oil and gas clients. In 1981, Jim joined Duer Wagner & Co. as Chief Financial Officer and, during his seventeen year tenure; he became managing partner of the company, guiding the company into a strategy of acquiring producing oil and gas properties. Jim graduated in 1979 from the University Of Texas School Of Business with a B.B.A. in Accounting.

Ray Goff - Chairman

Ray Goff became an investor in CNR in 1999. He graduated with a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Finance from Texas Tech University (1970). He was named a Distinguished Engineer at the University in 1994. Mr. Goff was employed at Anheuser-Busch Companies in St. Louis, Missouri for 30 years. During that time, he became a Sr. Vice President and member of the company's Policy Committee with responsibility for corporate purchasing and corporate research and development, as well as two of the company's subsidiaries, Busch Agricultural Resources, Inc., and Busch Industrial Products, Inc. As president of Anheuser-Busch/Asia, Goff headed the team that sited the company's first brewery in China, developed regional sales offices, and the Chinese national distribution system. He presided over the launch of Budweiser beer in China (1994) and retired from Anheuser-Busch in 2000. After 18 years in business with the Black Angus cow/calf operation at his north-central Montana ranch, Goff retired in 2005. He and his wife, Diana, have been partners in Pepper Bridge Winery and Amavi Cellars of Walla-Walla, Washington since 1998. Goff participated in the design and construction of both wineries and serves as managing partner of Amavi Cellars.
