Arohanui is a secondary trained teacher with a teaching career in rūmaki and bilingual units within mainstream schools. Such experience has afforded her a sound working knowledge of culturally responsive practice. She has been a te reo Māori and Business Studies teacher, head of department, leader of learning, Kāhui Ako within school teacher, and Relationships First Coach.

Brenda is a member of Tātai Aho Rau Core Education's content development team as a project manager. She has a background in primary teaching, with considerable experience supporting both teachers and learners via digital technologies. For the past twenty years Brenda has been involved in the creation and management of significant educational websites. She is a highly experienced educational resource writer and developer, website manager, online facilitator, and project manager across all sectors.
Clive has been an accredited facilitator since 2017 and has played a part in developing the digital readiness programme, Kia Takatū. He is skilled in introducing and developing the use of digital technologies to teachers and how to use these effectively across the curriculum including implementing the Digital Technologies curriculum content.
Cynthia Packman specialises in Graphic Design at Tātai Aho Rau Core Education, primarily working in the marketing team and also provides support for contracts. Cynthia has enjoyed working in the Design industry for 25 years.
In this time she has worked with a range of companies and clients on a range of projects, including; advertising for a consumer electronics store and designing teaching resources for an educational publisher. She prides herself on her ability to take a client's vision from a concept to a well-designed final reality.
Cynthia currently leads Tātai Aho Rau's busy Graphic Design team, ensuring the mahi is visually appealing and meets our high quality standards.

Dalene Mactier is an experienced facilitator and education leader in the not-for-profit and public service.
She started her career in education as a high school teacher and became fascinated with early learning while attending Playcentre with her children. Her involvement in Playcentre involved a range of roles in education, professional development and management.
In the various roles in Playcentre Dalene learnt a range of strategies to engage families and whānau and develop reciprocal partnerships. In the last two years she has worked for the Education Review Office, growing her skills in evaluation for improvement to support excellent and equitable outcomes for all learners.
