COLLABORATIVE PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT - Key Persons
Jim received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hope College. He joined CPM in 2020, now Collaborative Portfolio Management after having worked with Johnny and Resa previously. Jim has over 40 years of financial service experience and is a member of the Financial Planning Association. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, Accredited Asset Management Specialist, Accredited Wealth Management Advisor and a Certified Wealth Strategist.
Jim's passion is his family. Over the years he and his wife Denise enjoyed watching their 3 sons compete in football and soccer at the collegiate level. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and cheering on his favorite sports teams.

Johnny graduated from Furman University in Greenville, SC in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He has been securities and insurance licensed since 1990. Johnny joined Capital Portfolio Management in 2009, now Collaborative Portfolio Management in 2024. Prior to joining CPM Johnny worked for First National Bank of Kansas as the Head of the Wealth Management and Trust Group.
Mychal graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia with a Masters of Accountancy in 2020. He began his career in the insurance industry as a Small Business Consultant for Unum. He joined Capital Portfolio Management in 2022, now Collaborative Portfolio Management in 2024. Outside of work, Mychal helps lead a young-adults ministry called the Block KC and stays active with occasional pickleball/basketball/golf and enjoying time with his wife.

Resa graduated from Pittsburg State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She worked with Johnny Orindgreff in the Wealth Management Group at First National bank starting in 2004. Resa joined Capital Portfolio Management in 2010, now Collaborative Portfolio Management and is responsible for all client services. She is a life-long Kansas Citian and resides in Shawnee with her husband and son. When not helping CPM clients she enjoys attending her son's sporting events and spending time with her large local family and friends.
