COUNSELLING PLUS

Counselling Plus is a small charity, founded in 1992, which mainly offers counselling to people on benefits or low income who would otherwise struggle to access counselling. We counsel on a wide range of issues including: depression; anxiety; relationship issues; suicidal ideation; identity issues; anger; isolation; abuse; self-harm; loss; bullying; attachment disorders; couple counselling; low self-esteem; trauma... Counselling Plus is a charity which offers affordable counselling to people in Hastings Rother. Working in Partnership with NHS and part-funded by Hastings Rother CCG... Our service is delivered by voluntary counsellors. We ask clients to make an affordable contribution towards their counselling in order to cover our operating costs and overheads.
