Jeff Bone is a partner at Corr Cronin. His civil and complex commercial litigation practice covers matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts along with mediations and arbitrations. Jeff has represented clients in commercial disputes, employment and consumer class actions, employment discrimination cases, business tort cases, intellectual property disputes, and insurance coverage cases.
Jeff was recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star each year from 2013 to 2020, and as a Super Lawyer from 2022 to present. Likewise, he is recognized by Best Lawyers in Commercial Litigation for 2024.
Prior to joining Corr Cronin, Jeff practiced at Foley Hoag in Boston, Massachusetts, where he focused on complex commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, and intellectual property disputes. He served as a law clerk for the Honorable Juan R. Torruella on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Jeff lives in Tacoma and enjoys coaching his daughter's baseball and soccer teams and serving as a committee chair for his son's Trail Life troop.
Jeffrey B. Coopersmith is a veteran trial lawyer and former federal prosecutor with a Pacific Northwest, California, and national practice focusing on white collar criminal matters and parallel civil and regulatory proceedings, federal and state False Claims Act investigations and litigation, internal investigations for private and public entities, and complex commercial litigation.
During his eight-year tenure as an Assistant United States Attorney, Jeff handled some of the largest and most challenging white collar criminal cases in the Western District of Washington. He held the position of Deputy Supervisor of Complex Crimes and Coordinator for Corporate and Securities Fraud, successfully leading the prosecution of 12 defendants in one of the largest securities fraud cases in Washington state history as well as many other complex white collar cases. He received several awards for his work as a federal prosecutor, including the inaugural Thomas C. Wales award, the highest honor in the office.

Tim Bradshaw, a firm partner, is a respected litigator and also an arbitrator at Corr Cronin. Having presided over thousands of cases as a trial court judge, he has deep experience in civil litigation and criminal trials. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, products liability litigation, mass tort litigation. and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). In addition, leveraging years of experience as a judge and the experience of presiding over many settlement conferences, Tim offers independent arbitration services alongside, and informed by, his litigation practice.
Tim was a respected Judge on the King County Superior Court Bench from 2009 to 2019. While on the bench, he served on the Superior Court's Jury, Security, Courts and Community, and Personnel Committees and was a multi-year volunteer judge to the YMCA Moot Court competition; an invited judge for the University of Washington Law School mock jury trial; faculty member teaching Evidence at the Judicial College; and co-presenter on Hearsay Evidence to King County Superior Court Judges. His retirement from judicial service was highlighted by The Seattle Times.
Tim is also sought out by law firms as a consulting and testifying expert. He also served as an invited consultant to the King County Superior Court's COVID Working Group on Jury Trials.
Before his decade on the bench, Tim was a noted trial attorney in the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, a tenure that included litigating 125 jury trials to verdict. A founding member of the homicide and cold case units, he pioneered multiple forensic efforts that garnered international interest, including the first DNA (both human and animal) case in county history and the first canine DNA case in the nation's history. Tim prosecuted the murders of musician Mia Zapata, Sheriff's Deputy Herzog, the Northlake Shipyard murders, and the nation's most prolific serial arsonist. In recognition of these achievements, Tim received several awards including the Norm Maleng Outstanding Trial Advocacy Award.
A frequent speaker, Tim has presented to the Civil Court Judicial Forum, Superior Court Boot Camp, Family Law Forum, Trial Strategies From The Experts, and American Board of Trial Advocates annual meeting. Kathryn Joy is a litigation associate at Corr Cronin. Her practice includes all aspects of civil litigation and white collar criminal defense. She particularly enjoys resolving intricate procedural issues and working with clients in cases concerning trade secrets, fraud, professional negligence, and business contract disputes.
Prior to joining Corr Cronin, Kathryn clerked for the Honorable Lori K. Smith at the Washington Court of Appeals, Division One. She earned her J.D. from University of Washington School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Washington International Law Journal. She spent her summers as a legal intern for T-Mobile and as an extern for the Honorable John H. Chun at Washington Court of Appeals, Division One.
Kelly is a retired founding partner of the firm, well deserving the title "emeritus." Before retiring, he was a trial lawyer with more than 40 years of jury trial experience. His practice was broad ranging, focusing on class actions, products liability and personal injury, professional malpractice, complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, and intellectual property disputes.
Kelly was selected a "Super Lawyer" list seventeen times. Twelve times his peers have voted him among the top ten lawyers in the state in any field of practice. Since 2008, Benchmark, in America's Leading Litigation Firms and Attorneys, has picked Kelly as one of the state's "Local Litigation Stars." Kelly Sheridan is a partner at Corr Cronin. Kelly serves on the Board of Directors of the New Discovery School, and previously served for five years as Legal Chair of the Board of Directors of the Blue Ridge Neighborhood Club, and for 10 years on the Board of Directors of the Washington Climbers' Coalition, a nonprofit dedicated to protecting and promoting rock climbing access across the state. Kevin Baumgardner is a founding partner of Corr Cronin. His legal counsel focuses on product liability, labor and employment, commercial, toxic tort and personal injury cases, international sports law, and the defense of alleged whistleblower litigation.
Having tried cases in the state and federal courts of Washington and Alaska, Kevin is well-versed in navigating complex litigation landscapes. He has represented dozens of Fortune 500 companies and appeared before an international sports law tribunal in Lausanne, Switzerland. His experiences also include labor arbitrations, administrative trials, and civil case arbitrations. His clientele included distinguished figures such as a Nobel Prize winner and an Olympic medalist, both in matters concerning their professional standing.

Kristin E. Bateman is a litigation associate at Corr Cronin. Her practice focuses on civil defense matters at the trial and appellate levels, including general liability and commercial litigation, product and premises liability cases, personal injury matters, and class action lawsuits. She is particularly skilled at handling a broad range of civil appellate matters.
Kristin earned her J.D. from Seattle University, where she was awarded a Presidential Law Scholarship and served as a Lead Article Editor for the Seattle University Law Review. After law school she clerked for Chief Judge Brad Maxa of the Washington State Court of Appeals. Before joining Corr Cronin, she worked in private practice for four years. In 2024, Kristin was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
Kristin is a third-generation Washington lawyer with a background in music performance and arts advocacy. Prior to following in her father and grandfather's footsteps to join the Washington bar, Kristin trained and performed extensively as a classical flutist. She still performs regularly throughout the Seattle area and acts as a volunteer legal advisor to the National Flute Association.
Labor Ready hired Mr. Corr to replace one of Seattle's largest firms in defending Labor Ready against a $25 million wrongful death suit brought by the family of a murdered single mother. The plaintiff alleged that Labor Ready negligently placed the murderer, a level three sex offender, at a YWCA shelter for homeless women, enabling him to meet his victim. Corr Cronin obtained summary judgment after convincing the judge that no proximate cause existed between Labor Ready's alleged negligence and the mother's death. Plaintiff's $25 million claim was dismissed in its entirety and that result was affirmed on appeal.
Defense of Mr. Landreth in securities fraud action brought by purchasers of a sawmill. Claims in excess of $4 million. Following a successful motion for summary judgment on behalf of our client, the case went to the U.S. Supreme Court for a ruling on the "sale of business" doctrine.
Lucio Maldonado is a partner at Corr Cronin. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, mass toxic-tort litigation, product liability defense, and appellate law. While litigating a broad range of matters for individuals, small local businesses, and Fortune 500 companies alike, he is consistently recognized for employing solution-oriented approaches to complex litigation, favoring results over unnecessary disputes.

Maia Robbins is an associate attorney at Corr Cronin. Her practice includes all aspects of civil litigation and white collar criminal defense, and she represents clients ranging from national Fortune 100 companies to children and their families. Michael Moore is a partner at Corr Cronin. His practice focuses on policyholder insurance coverage litigation against the world's largest insurers, defending technology companies in high-stakes commercial disputes, and entertainment litigation. Mr. Moore has brought and defended cases in Washington, New York, California, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Oregon, Alaska, Kentucky, Alabama, Rhode Island, and Iowa, both on the federal and state level. Prior to joining the firm, Steve was a homicide prosecutor in Seattle, where for several years he exclusively tried murder cases, including a number that received front-page media attention. Mr. Fogg was trial counsel for Alaska Airlines in a lawsuit brought by a former flight attendant aggrieved by an airport policy that requires mandatory security screening for all flight attendants flying through Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
Mr. Fogg was trial counsel for Centex Homes in a wrongful death lawsuit filed in Oregon state court seeking significant damages for the estate of a laborer killed in an on-the-job accident.
Mr. Fogg was trial counsel for a medical device company facing allegations that its product catastrophically injured a patient who underwent surgery in Everett, Washington. Mr. Fogg delivered the opening and closing statements in the eight-week jury trial.
Mr. Fogg is trial counsel for an oilfield engineering firm sued in connection with a natural gas rig explosion that injured four rig hands. Trial is set for 2011. The plaintiffs are represented by the Spence law firm in Wyoming.
Mr. Fogg is trial counsel for a respected accounting firm accused of negligently conducting an audit of a company that went bankrupt due to a Ponzi scheme. The lawsuit features more than six hundred plaintiffs and alleges in excess of $150 million dollars in damages.
Mr. Fogg was trial counsel for defendants in a securities fraud case tried in federal court in Seattle in January 2016. After a four day trial, the case settled during jury deliberations for a small fraction of the demand made immediately prior to trial.
Mr. Fogg is trial counsel for an attorney whom the SEC has sued in the Western District of Washington.
Mr. Fogg is currently representing senior executives of a large Seattle public company in a SEC investigation.
Mr. Fogg is trial counsel for Mr. Colacurccio in a criminal RICO case brought by the United States Attorney for the Western District of Washington. The trial is scheduled to begin in January 2011.
Todd Williams is a partner at Corr Cronin whose practice focuses on high-stakes litigation involving complex commercial and business disputes in trial and appellate courts. Prior to joining Corr Cronin, Todd was an associate at Paul Hastings LLP in New York where his practice focused on government investigations, securities litigation, and internal corporate investigations, including compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Prior to entering private practice, Todd served as International Law Research Fellow for the Public International Law and Policy Group where he provided legal and policy advice to foreign government officials on matters including anti-corruption policies and political decentralization. He also worked as an investigator for the New York City Civilian Complaint Review Board where he investigated allegations of misconduct against the NYPD.
Victoria "Tori" Ainsworth is an attorney at Corr Cronin who counsels clients on diverse civil litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels. She specializes in civil appeals and employment, personal injury, and complex commercial litigation, including class action lawsuits.
For more than fifty years, Randy Squires has tried lawsuits in the Pacific Northwest and elsewhere. His experience base is broad: a five-year apprenticeship with a pioneer construction litigation boutique (where, among other things, he built the firm's construction labor practice); twenty years with Davis Wright Tremaine, a large regional, now national firm, the last ten as chair of the firm's Litigation Group; and nearly ten years as a founding member and CEO of the innovative Summit Law Group. Randy's effectiveness has been recognized by his 1998 induction into the American College of Trial Lawyers; his inclusion in Best Lawyers (including his listing, as an employment lawyer, in that publication's inaugural 1983 edition); and his inclusion in each edition of Chambers' compilation of America's Leading Lawyers for Business. Mr. Cronin served as lead counsel for Arco Alaska, Atlantic Richfield and Exxon Corporation in a dispute with Mobil, Phillips, and Chevron relating to ownership rights in the Prudhoe Bay oil field, the largest oil and gas field in North America. Claims included alleged breaches of fiduciary duty, conversion and breach of contract by Arco Alaska as operator of the Prudhoe Bay Unit. Bogle & Gates obtained a summary judgment for their clients on a $500 million conversion claim before trial and proceeded through a three month trial in Delaware on the remaining claims asserted by Mobil, Phillips and Chevron. The matter concluded in a post-trial settlement.
Mr. Cronin served as lead counsel for Arco Alaska, Inc. in a two-year commercial arbitration before six technical experts arising out of ownership disputes at Prudhoe Bay. Parties to the arbitration were Mobil, Phillips, Chevron, Arco, Exxon and Standard Oil Company of Ohio.
