Angie has been a part of the insurance industry for 25 years and joined the Creative Benefits team in 2002. With previous roles in sales and account management, Angie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her leadership role.
As the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Angie thrives on learning and implementing best practices to assist clients with unique challenges and complexities. Her goal is to develop strong strategic partnerships with our clients that drive innovative solutions and ensure solid vendor relationships that can support our internal team. Angie is passionate about continuing her industry education and regularly attends workshops, seminars, and webinars to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies.
Angie is a graduate of Lafayette College and is a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC). Additionally, Angie is a member of the GPAHU & IFEBP. She currently resides in Newtown Square, PA with her family.

Over 20 years of experience in the industry has provided Bernadette with insight necessary to advise clients as the healthcare landscape continues to evolve. A key characteristic of Bernadette's team, is their ability to listen and understand a client's long term-goals. Bernadette finds the most rewarding part of partnering with clients is designing a well-balanced benefits portfolio aligned to company strategy.
As Vice President of Finance, Bernadette guides the Creative Benefits team through strategic decisions regarding the organization's infrastructure. In this role, her key objective is to enable access to innovative tools and resources needed to drive client success.

With over 15 years of experience in the health insurance marketplace as a Benefits Consultant, Carolyn has leveraged her vast industry knowledge to design and implement employee benefits programs that reflect the unique culture of each organization. As a trusted advisor, she supports clients in developing strategic offerings that mitigate compliance risk and protect the fiscal integrity of their business. Her vast experience in the benefits marketplace enables her to deliver effective solutions for employers, employees, and their families.
Carolyn believes that what makes Creative Benefits unique from other firms, is their commitment and dedication to superior client service. Carolyn leads the Kingston office for the Creative Benefits team.
Prior to joining Creative Benefits, Carolyn was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at a furniture wholesaler for 22 years. Carolyn holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Manhattanville College.
Motivated by a desire to serve, Charmaine came to Creative Benefits 15 years ago with a comprehensive insurance background. Charmaine's adherence to the concept of the glass always being half full has proven to be her mandate in providing client-focused and service-driven dedication to our clients.
As the Director of ESR and Ancillary Services, Charmaine oversees our team of Employee Service Representatives and Ancillary Account Managers. She lives by the creed "treat others the way you would like to be treated," which has served our clients well and influenced her team to approach every issue or concern with care and patience.
In 2007, she graduated from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Psychology and Leadership. She also holds the following designations within the industry - Health Insurance Association of America (HIA), Associate in Customer Service (ACS), Associate in Agencies Administration (AIAA), Underwriting (UND) and Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI).

Christine Henry-Rocks is an experienced employee benefits professional with 20 years in the industry. Her involvement in different roles within Creative Benefits over the last 16 years allows her to bring a well-rounded perspective to both her clients and carrier partners.
With a dual Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Management, Christine has recognized the importance of benefit technology platforms and how they provide clients with an advantage. She has made it a priority over the years to offer her clients the opportunity to utilize a benefits portal platform for ease of administration to HR, as well as their employees.
Christine now resides in Anglesea, NJ with her husband and their two Husky puppies. On the weekends, she enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as living her best life at the shore.

Gillian has a two-part role at Creative Benefits. In addition to managing operations and key accounts, she is the Director of Account Management. Under Gil's leadership, each member of the account management team receives ongoing mentorship and career development. Gillian and team operate in alignment with Creative Benefits' best practices ensuring that each client account receives the support and oversight by the industry's best in class account managers.
Having a strong customer service background gave Gillian an education base in people-focused communications and techniques. Gillian believes Creative Benefits is unique because of the team's hands-on approach. No detail or job is too small, and clients are first and foremost in every action.
Gillian graduated from Penn State University in 2004, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.

As President and Principal, Macee drives agency strategy and leads the team of benefits consultants through collaborative workshops. Her objective is to align Creative Benefits' market offerings with emerging tools and innovative solutions. Macee ensures the Creative Benefits solutions portfolio remains ahead of the curve providing clients a competitive edge.

Mick came to Creative Benefits, Inc. with over 20 years' experience in collegiate athletics administration and operations providing him with a unique, team-oriented perspective. As the Director of Finance, Mick oversees annual budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, and leads the Finance team as they increase efficiencies throughout the organization. Mick's positive attitude and forward-thinking approach drive Creative Benefits, Inc. to think innovatively and implement change.
With a Bachelor's degree from Lafayette College and a Master's degree from West Chester University, Mick maintains strong roots in the local community. The strong connections he develops with his colleagues, clients, and partners allow him to create valued, customized solutions while highlighting the importance of the big picture.

Ruth Graham Conaghan served as the unrelenting backbone of Creative Benefits, Inc. with passion, dedication, humor, and resiliency for the organization's first 39 years. Her guidance, knowledge and example inspired the culture of caring within our organization that goes above and beyond to serve our team, our clients and our clients' employees.
When asked if she envisioned Creative Benefits' prospering, she would modestly say she did not have much more than an idea and the drive to see it through. When in truth, she had an extraordinary skill set that allowed her to build a comprehensive benefits package tailored to the needs of each of her clients, the desire to serve others wholeheartedly and the ability to find the very best people to surround herself with and assemble the organization into what it is today - a Top Employee Consultant Firm, one of The Philadelphia Inquirer's Top Workplaces, a Certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise, a platform for charitable giving, a community, a family.
Ruth is a beacon of what hard work, a competitive spirit and humility can manifest. She felt great pride for what she and her Creative Benefits family created together; was confident that the company would continue to thrive well into the future with an evolving strategic vision and unremitting level of superior customer service; and that the legacy she never intended would indefinitely live on.

With Bachelors and Masters degrees from Philadelphia's Saint Joseph's University, Ryan comes to Creative Benefits and the health insurance industry with 17 years of education experience. His previous roles as a special education teacher and principal have equipped him with strong leadership skills, positive energy and the ability to build trusting relationships among his teammates.
As our Vice President of Operations, Ryan uses his skill set to improve processes, increase efficiencies and set goals to help foster growth among our employees, as well as the organization as a whole; to ensure Creative Benefits continues to provide the highest quality of service to our clients.
Originally from Northeast Philadelphia, Ryan now resides in Haddon Township, NJ with his wife and three children, where he enjoys playing, watching and coaching sports, as well as spending time with family and friends.

Tiffany graduated from Keystone College with a Bachelor's of Science in Business, with a concentration in finance and economics, and is licensed in the state of Pennsylvania to offer her expertise surrounding life and health insurance.
During her time at Creative Benefits, Inc., Tiffany has served as an Account Manager offering her benefits guidance to client partners to ensure their employees enjoyed coverage that met their own healthcare needs and that of their family members. She continues to actively manage key accounts from our Kingston, PA office.
Today, Tiffany considers herself a solutions-based leader and sets members of the Account Management team up for success in her role as Director of Account Management. She leads by example and seeks to build and strengthen her professional relationships, both internally and externally.
