Motivated by a desire to serve, Charmaine came to Creative Benefits 15 years ago with a comprehensive insurance background. Charmaine's adherence to the concept of the glass always being half full has proven to be her mandate in providing client-focused and service-driven dedication to our clients. As the Director of ESR and Ancillary Services, Charmaine oversees our team of Employee Service Representatives and Ancillary Account Managers. She lives by the creed "treat others the way you would like to be treated," which has served our clients well and influenced her team to approach every issue or concern with care and patience. As our Vice President of Operations, Ryan uses his skill set to improve processes, increase efficiencies and set goals to help foster growth among our employees, as well as the organization as a whole; to ensure Creative Benefits continues to provide the highest quality of service to our clients. During her time at Creative Benefits, Inc., Tiffany has served as an Account Manager offering her benefits guidance to client partners to ensure their employees enjoyed coverage that met their own healthcare needs and that of their family members. She continues to actively manage key accounts from our Kingston, PA office. Today, Tiffany considers herself a solutions-based leader and sets members of the Account Management team up for success in her role as Director of Account Management.
