Carlos has more than thirteen years experience in the commodities sector in the financial industry. He currently advises producers, consumers, investors, and governments that have commodity interests on managing their price risks and building profit opportunities. Mr. Sanchez leads the hedging advisory practice at CPM Group, developing client-tailored cost effective commodity price risk management programs. He previously headed commodities research at CPM Group, and has contributed heavily to CPM Group's research reports and consulting projects since 1999. Given his experience and knowledge of the commodities markets from his extensive roles in research, he continues to contribute to the firm's research products and consulting projects. Carlos is regularly quoted in the financial press and speaks at industry conferences around the world. Carlos also leads CPM Group's Asset Management work, servicing accredited investor clients. Prior to joining CPM Group Carlos worked at the Fixed Income Trading Desk at Bankers Trust Co., where he managed and allocated daily client cash flow in excess of $500 million. Mr. Sanchez received a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in finance and information systems from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Rohit Savant - VP

Rohit Savant has been with CPM Group since 2005 and is the lead author of CPM Group's precious metals research. He has been a top quartile forecaster for the London Bullion Market Association's (LBMA's) 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, and 2018 Precious Metals Forecast Survey and was the winner of the LBMA's 2011 Precious Metals Forecast Survey, for platinum and palladium. Mr. Savant generates trade recommendations for clients using fundamental and technical market analysis and works with the firm's commodity price risk management team to formulate solutions for clients using option strategies. Mr. Savant presents views on precious metals to boards of mining companies, institutional investors, and at conferences and is also involved in advising clients about commodity market fundamentals and price direction. Mr. Savant has contributed articles to various publications and has been extensively quoted by the financial press. Mr. Savant has earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation, which is recognized globally as the highest standard of educational achievement in the alternative investment field.
