Court Avenue Business Suites (CABS) is located in the heart of the Historic Court District in Downtown Des Moines. We opened in the Saddlery Building in 2002 and are run by Saddlery Properties. CABS started with the concept of "all inclusive" offices. We lease offices and conference rooms by the hour, day, month, week, year, etc. We want our tenants to move into our suites with minimal work. We provide the office, utilities, receptionist/secretary, copiers, fax, postage machines, phones and internet. Each tenant receives these amenities included in their monthly rental payment all on one bill... We also provide "virtual offices" to those who do not want the whole office experience but want a "presence" in downtown Des Moines. We are locally owned and operated delivering large business resources on small business budgets!... We are a full service executive office space located in Downtown Des Moines.
