Silvia has worked on a variety of projects throughout Italy and the United Arab Emirates and has acquired 13 years of practical experience while doing so. She has been directly involved in new construction and design, as well as restoration of existing older structures. She has worked on residential low rise, residential high rise, as well as commercial and historical endeavours.
Silvia holds BArch, March and Phd in Architecture from University of Architecture in Venice, Italy (IUAV). She has published several journal articles throughout her career and remains an avid contributor to her profession.

Hani is in the construction management field since 1985 with reputable Contracting, Consulting and Project Management firms worldwide. Since moving his career to Abu Dhabi, UAE in 2000, he has held the position of Vice President and Area Manager with Projacs , as well as the position of Executive Vice President and COO in charge for QPI operations including Al Qudra program. In early 2007, he founded Canadian Project Managers (CPM) Abu Dhabi branch to provide design and construction management services in the gulf area.
is the former Vice President and Area Manager of Projacs-Abu Dhabi, then he was the manager of the QPI project management company, a subsidiary of Projacs and Al Qudrah Holdings in Abu Dhabi. In 2007, Hani and partners founded CPM. In addition to his management role in the group, Hani is also leading directly the contract department.
Kelly has over two decades of experience in the design and construction industry in the Middle East and Africa. He has managed a variety of building types for private and governmental clients and has held positions with prominent industry leaders such as CH2MHill, AECOM, Sorouh and TDIC. Some of his projects include the design/build construction of the US embassy in New Dehli, India; the construction of the US airbase in Doha, Qatar; as well as several prominent real estate development projects in UAE.
Kelly received his Masters degree in Engineering from George Washington University in 1996. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Construction Management from Southwest Missouri State University.
Nicholas is a chartered QS, Contracts Manager and Project Director. He holds a Diploma in QS, MSc Degree in Construction Management from Bath University in UK, and MSc Degree in Construction Law and Arbitration from Kings College in London University. He is Fellow of RICS, Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitration (CIA), and RICS Accredited Civil Commercial Mediator.
Nicholas experience is more than 3 decades among which more than 20 years in Dubai and the Middle East. He worked previously in UK, Qatar, Singapore, Iraq, Kuwait, and Dubai. He has significant experience in dispute negotiation, settlement, and arbitration.
With more than 14 years total experience in the field of architecture Pamela has gained experience from Sweden, Chile and the U.A.E. She has been working on architectural tasks ranging from academic teaching in architectural theory to Concept design, Detail design, on-site Architectural coordination and Project Management. Pamela has worked on various types of projects including hotels, services apartments, office buildings and residential developments with a range of public and private facilities.
Pamela holds Masters Degree in Architecture from both Sweden and Chile with Buildings Concept Design as academic specialty.
