The Center for Phage Technology (CPT) was established by the Texas A&M University System Board of Regents in 2010. As the first and the only state-funded phage research institute in the United States, the CPT is dedicated to be a world leader in advancing phage biology and application in the modern world. With six laboratory groups and the CPT core laboratory all engaged in basic biology, genomics, and applied research, we strive to move the field forward by a combination of research and open-source training... CPT Galaxy is an instance of the Galaxy Project to provide a web interface for bioinformatics tools normally run on the command line.
