Adam Cantor joined Cowater International in 2021. His professional interests and 20+ years of working in the private sector have been focused in areas where success requires the alignment and integration of a company's business, financial and change management strategies.
Adam is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a Master's in Business Administration from York University's Schulich School of Business. He is Prosci Change Management certified and has the Partners, Directors and Senior Officers (PDO) certification from the Canadian Securities Institute.
Adam is Chair of the Board and President of an Ottawa-based Long-Term Care Foundation. He is enthusiastic about hiking, hockey and travel.

Alan has more than 20 years of experience in the development sector and has worked globally in such countries as Pakistan, Afghanistan, South Sudan, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Jordan, Indonesia, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, and the Philippines. In his role as Vice President, Corporate Affairs, Alan works across several operational and functional areas to drive business operations, improve efficiency, and support project delivery. This includes oversight and leadership to human resource management, compliance, communications, information technology, and risk and security. Throughout his career, Alan has worked with a range of development partners and clients, including Global Affairs Canada, the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the African Development Bank, the Millennium Challenge Corporation and other multilateral organizations.

Anne-Marie Kirsch is an experienced People & Culture leader with oversight of the human resources function at Cowater International. With a blended background in communications and human resources, Anne-Marie has contributed to growing organizational capability and providing strategic HR guidance to leaders and executive teams within complex multinational environments and niche industries. She has conducted successful initiatives streamlining HR processes and driving cross-functional HR programs on a national and global scale. Anne-Marie is committed to supporting People & Culture priorities through relationship building, leadership coaching, talent development and training, employee engagement programs, talent acquisition and other strategically focused HR initiatives.
Anne-Marie graduated from Université de Montréal with a degree in Communication Sciences and completed her post-graduate studies in Human Resources Management at McGill University. She has maintained her Human Resources Professional certification through the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agrées (CRHA) since 2013. She is fluently bilingual in both English and French

Fida Geagea is a leader with over 20 years of international development experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors and has worked in Africa, Latin America, Asia and Europe.
Fida's experience includes leadership roles in the design and execution of projects funded by a wide range of donors, including the Governments of Australia and Canada. As Chief Program Officer at Cowater International, she leads business development and overseas the execution of a diverse portfolio of programs and teams covering areas of governance, economic, environmental, human and social development. She oversees Cowater International's efforts to achieve gender equality and social inclusion.
Fida is fluent in French, English, Arabic and Spanish.
