Daniel joined Crockers in 2023 and is a valued member of our commercial team. He brings a wealth of experience and an unquenchable thirst for knowledge.
His work history spans from an early age and a wide range, from after-school and holiday programs to later ensuring security in hospitals, and even a stint in the banking sector.
Daniel's upbringing in South Africa was immersed in the property industry, thanks to his grandmother's property management business and his father's construction venture. These roots have given him a solid foundation in understanding both properties and buildings.
At Crockers, Daniel found his calling by merging his construction knowledge with his passion for property and building management. He plays a crucial role in our facilities management team, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
Beyond his professional achievements, Daniel enjoys his downtime by casting a line while fishing, diving into the world of gaming, or embarking on memorable road trips to appreciate the beauty of nature.

Darren has 25 years' experience spanning both the NZ & UK property markets.
As CEO, Darren is responsible for setting strategy for the Group and delivering on its business plan. Darren is passionate about building teams to provide outstanding service to clients. Adopting a people-first approach is central to our company's philosophy. Working closely with the talented business heads gives Darren the opportunity to improve the service delivery for the benefit of clients, Crockers team and wider company.
In his spare time, Darren enjoys taking in new experiences with his family and can be found attempting to keep pace with younger athletes in his local Park Run event.

Jay joined Crockers in 2012 where she started out in our Body Corporate division and stayed in that role for a couple of years. When an opportunity opened up for a Property Manager Jay jumped at the chance, this is where Jay's true calling was. She is a great property manager and works well with both the landlords and tenants she deals with.
The best part of the role is the variety, finding that no two days are the same. The role can often be challenging but Jay has the right temperament and gets things done... She loves the work she does and finds it really rewarding.

Lilly joined Crockers as a Property Manager in 2024 where she brings with her plenty of hands-on experience in property management. In 2020, Lilly seamlessly transitioned into property management after being previously entrenched in the realms of accounting and bookkeeping. Her knowledge of working with numbers and great organisational skills have been pivotal in navigating the intricacies of the field.
Having spent more than half of her life in New Zealand, Lilly proudly identifies as a Chinese Kiwi. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, her multilingual proficiency enhances her ability to communicate effectively in diverse settings. Lilly is passionate about leveraging her unique skill set to contribute meaningfully to the realm of property management at Crockers. Outside of work, Lilly enjoys exploring diverse cuisines with family and friends, savouring gourmet dishes from various cultures. She also finds joy in nurturing indoor plants, and tending to her green companions with care and dedication.
Natalee joined the property industry in 2012, during that time she has added to her residential property management experience by combining it with a Bachelor of Property degree, giving her the expertise and skills to take your investment to the next level. You will love her organized, consistent manner and excellent communication skills. Being a people person, property management comes naturally to her.
In her free time Natalee loves volunteering and is currently working at the Hospice shop. She enjoys travel, the gym and spending time with her two ragdoll cats, Milky and Chic Choc.
