Brian Hermann, the owner of Crater Lake, has been in the industry for 35 years having pursued his lifelong passion as a builder, first starting out as an apprentice at the age of 15. He is very proud of the reputation his company has built up over the years, demonstrating attention to detail, quality workmanship and the ability to complete construction on time and within budget. Brian was the winner of the inaugural Master Builders House of the Year award in 1991 and following this our Head Office was awarded the 2005 ADNZ (Architectural Design) award for Commercial & Industrial.
