He has served as the manager on several engagements and, as such, is responsible for the daily operations of the engagement, as well as developing and implementing effective work plans. Ben also serves on the firm's COVID-19 Task Force responding to client inquiries regarding EIDL and PPP loan programs.

Charles R. Nebel

Chuck is principal in charge of the firm's Carlisle office and is the Manufacturing Group Leader. He also supports the Entrepreneurial Business Services and Non-for-Profit Services groups. He has more than 30 years of experience providing auditing, accounting, and consulting services to closely-held companies, manufacturers, transportation, and charitable organizations. Chuck is a member of the Sage Software Accountants Network and also a QuickBooks Professional Advisor.

Cierra L. Neil

Cierra is a member of Boyer & Ritter's Government Services Group. She has expertise experience in providing auditing services for public sector entities including school districts. Cierra serves as the manager and in-charge accountant on several engagements and, as such, is responsible for the daily operations of the engagement as well as developing and implementing effective work plans to accomplish stated objectives. Cierra is also member of Boyer & Ritter's Nonprofit Practice Group and provides astute explanations of both audit reports and financial statements. The efficient management and reporting that she provides allows the client to better understand and manage their budget projections to support the client's long-term business goals and needs. She has taken her knowledge of Not-for-profit accounting and serves on Friends of Cowans Gap Board of Directors and The Chambersburg Ballet Guild Board of Directors as Treasurer for both. Cierra is also a member of the Small and Entrepreneurial Business Practice Group. Cierra helps family-owned and privately held businesses in Pennsylvania and surrounding states. She is responsible for implementing effective work plans to accomplish stated goals and objectives and provide information to forecast business trends and opportunities for growth.

He has served as the in-charge on multiple engagements and, as such, is responsible for the daily operations of the engagement, as well as developing and implementing effective work plans to accomplish stated objectives.

Diane has nearly 30 years of service at Boyer & Ritter providing direction and oversight to the Support Services Group.
