Ben also serves on the firm's COVID-19 Task Force responding to client inquiries regarding EIDL and PPP loan programs.
Chuck is principal in charge of the firm's Carlisle office and is the Manufacturing Group Leader. He also supports the Entrepreneurial Business Services and Non-for-Profit Services groups. He has more than 30 years of experience providing auditing, accounting, and consulting services to closely-held companies, manufacturers, transportation, and charitable organizations.
Chuck is a member of the Sage Software Accountants Network and also a QuickBooks Professional Advisor.

Cierra is a member of Boyer & Ritter's Government Services Group. She has expertise experience in providing auditing services for public sector entities including school districts. Cierra serves as the manager and in-charge accountant on several engagements and, as such, is responsible for the daily operations of the engagement as well as developing and implementing effective work plans to accomplish stated objectives.
Cierra is also member of Boyer & Ritter's Nonprofit Practice Group and provides astute explanations of both audit reports and financial statements. The efficient management and reporting that she provides allows the client to better understand and manage their budget projections to support the client's long-term business goals and needs. She has taken her knowledge of Not-for-profit accounting and serves on Friends of Cowans Gap Board of Directors and The Chambersburg Ballet Guild Board of Directors as Treasurer for both.
Cierra is also a member of the Small and Entrepreneurial Business Practice Group. Cierra helps family-owned and privately held businesses in Pennsylvania and surrounding states. She is responsible for implementing effective work plans to accomplish stated goals and objectives and provide information to forecast business trends and opportunities for growth.
Dan is a member of the firm's Employee Benefit Plan Audits practice group. He has experience overseeing audits of pension and profit-sharing plans, 401K and 403B plans, defined benefit plans, and ERISA compliance reviews.
Dan also has experience working with construction and real estate & closely held businesses.
Dan supports multiple engagements and helps to oversee the daily operations of the engagement as well as implementing effective work plans to accomplish stated objectives.
David joined Boyer & Ritter in 2017 and provides accounting, auditing, tax, and management consulting services for a variety of clients and industry groups, including government, not-for-profit, automobile dealerships, construction, various closely held business clients, and individual tax returns. David also has experience working with clients subject to the Single Audit Act.
He has served as the in-charge on multiple engagements and, as such, is responsible for the daily operations of the engagement, as well as developing and implementing effective work plans to accomplish stated objectives.

Diane has nearly 30 years of service at Boyer & Ritter providing direction and oversight to the Support Services Group. She provides managerial leadership and guidance to the team in facilitating all core duties and objectives in alignment with overall Firm objectives as well as the pursuit of exceptional client service and success.
As Director of Support Services, Diane's role includes:
Establish and optimize team integration and collaboration

Ensure daily staffing levels and cross-training is adequate

Research and provide recommendations to the executive committee for technology and workflow advancements

Her strengths include corporate communication and public relations, strategic planning, brand management and coaching in the areas of marketing and practice development.
