Amy Marrs Dunlap

Amy joined CPD as Marketing and Client Relations Manager in 2015. In 2021, after having added a greater range of responsibilities to her position, she was promoted to Director of Operations and Marketing. In this position Amy oversees the marketing efforts of CPD, collaborating with the marketing coordinator to ensure the company's vision is successfully achieved. She also works closely with the company's associates, supporting their needs, tracking all aspects of transactions, and managing the deal pipeline. Additionally, Amy manages CPD's client relations and the daily operations of seven offices. With more than eleven years of commercial real estate experience, Amy is well equipped to adapt to the ever-evolving real estate environment.

Bruce A. Hamous - VP

Bruce has been involved with many real estate organizations throughout his career. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors. Bruce has also served on the Ventura County Consolidated Oversight Board for the cities of Moorpark and Simi Valley, California as well as on the City of Moorpark Planning Commission. Dedicated to the betterment of society, Bruce has been a member of the Rotary Club of Moorpark, California, and has received three Paul Harris Fellows in recognition of his charitable contributions.

Duke Sullivan - VP

Duke Sullivan has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, working both sides of the table as a retailer and developer/owner, and has been involved in the development, brokerage and ownership of retail real estate. During his 14-year tenure at The Home Depot, he developed new stores in the Southeast, New York, Baltimore/Washington and Puerto Rico. Subsequently, Duke served as a senior vice president of retail development at Colonial Properties Trust before eventually teaming up with some of his former Home Depot colleagues to develop properties and provide brokerage, development and retail services to owners and retailers. At Corporate Property Dispositions, Duke brokers acquisitions and dispositions of retail properties, negotiates and restructures major tenant leases, and provides other real estate and development services. He has developed shopping centers and brokered transactions with Wal-Mart, Publix, PetSmart, Kohl's, The Home Depot, Office Depot and other national retailers. He is the master broker for the PGA TOUR Superstore and has represented 2 nd & Charles, a Books-A-Million company, in Georgia. Duke also develops new shopping centers with Salomon Real Estate Group, LLC, an Atlanta development firm. Education Duke received his Juris Doctorate from Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Jeffrey Bardin - VP

Keith Valentine - SVP, VP

Keith's extensive background includes retail and investment sales, business development, and the creation of retailer accounts on a multi-state basis. He has prior leadership experience selecting project teams and directing 65 retail brokers in various cities. Keith is a licensed broker in Georgia and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Additionally, he is involved in the World Affairs Council of Atlanta as a member of the Chairman's Circle. He also serves as co-director of the Member's Forum Programs, an organization serving as a platform to present and discuss world issues related to Atlanta.

Ken Stephens

Ken Stephens is the managing principal of Corporate Property Dispositions (CPD), where he oversees client services, business development, and daily operations of our offices in Tampa, Atlanta and the Greater Los Angeles area. He is also closely involved in many surplus property transactions and leasehold restructurings in multiple states and Puerto Rico. Ken has provided real estate advisory services to retailers such as Kohl's, BJ's Wholesale Club, PGA Tour Superstores, The Home Depot and others. During his career, he has been involved with the acquisition, development, and redevelopment of approximately 58 million square feet of retail/commercial space. Before establishing our affiliate company, Retail Property Advisors, in 2011, Ken was a partner at Capstone Group, a Tampa-based real estate company, where he specialized in retail anchor tenant representation and the acquisition and development of retail properties. Prior to joining Capstone Group, Ken worked for ten years in the real estate department at The Home Depot. Most recently, he served as a corporate officer overseeing all real estate activities in the Western, Northwest, Southwest and Canadian divisions. Prior to that position, Ken was Director of Real Estate for the Western Division and Real Estate Manager for Florida. During his tenure with Home Depot, he was involved in the development of more than 475 Home Depot stores and the disposition of approximately 100 surplus properties in multiple western states and Florida. Before joining Home Depot, Ken spent 12 years as a commercial retail real estate sales and leasing specialist in the Tampa office of CBRE. Education Ken graduated from Auburn University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing.

Mark Miller - VP

Mark Miller, based in metro Los Angeles, has been a commercial real estate professional for more than 25 years. His experience includes brokerage, leasing, property acquisitions and dispositions, finance, development, investments, and retail store acquisitions/mergers. Mark has worked in various sectors, including retail, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, entertainment, recreational and hospitality, throughout the continental U.S. and Hawaii. He has been involved in the development of more than 9 million square feet of retail and industrial projects throughout the US and has held significant real estate-related and/or management positions. Mark has leased and/or developed projects with Circuit City, CarMax, The Home Depot, Lowe's, Eagle Hardware, Walmart, Costco, Target, Kohl's, Pacific Theatres, Ralph's, Staples, Famous Footwear, Linen's N Things, Barnes & Noble and a variety of restaurants and entertainment-related tenants. Born in South Carolina, Mark has lived and worked in his home state, New York City, San Diego and Los Angeles and has resided in Pasadena, CA for the past 19 years. Education Mark graduated from The College of Charleston (Charleston, SC) and obtained his JD and MBA degrees from The University of South Carolina (USC). Mark has been very involved in numerous philanthropic and industry related groups, including The College of Charleston, ICSC, ACRE, The Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles, and Student Philanthropists Advancing Real Change. He has also spoken on real estate-related topics on panels and at a variety of forums.

The Home Depot, recognizing great value in Mike's extensive knowledge of retail real estate, recommended that he start a new business venture focusing specifically on commercial property disposition services.

Reid Burt

Reid Burt, who joined CPD in 2018 as an associate in our Tampa, FL office, works closely with local and national clients on their specific real estate needs. He previously worked for Warren Averett, a regional accounting and business advisory firm, performing financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for various companies in the Tampa Bay area. Reid's strong financial background enables him to offer our real estate clients another level of knowledge and expertise. Education Reid holds his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida.

Stephanie Underwood

Stephanie joined CPD as marketing coordinator in 2020 and is based out of the Atlanta office. She works closely with brokers and co-brokers on new and existing listings while helping to maintain the internal property database. She is also responsible for creating marketing materials for various properties.
