As a serial entrepreneur, François co-founded A&G Conseil, which was sold and integrated into the Cossette Communication Group in 2000. At the same time, François and his associates started CEDROM Technologies that was sold in 2018 to Cision. François and his associates also launched IXIASOFT, a company that provides document management software. He chaired the Board of Directors of Proximi-T, CEDROM-SNi and Ixiasoft, the Association québécoise des technologies (AQT) and the Centre de recherche informatique de Montréal (CRIM).

As Vice-President and General Manager, he oversees the operational teams as well as the project management and the information technology teams. Since his arrival in 2015, Jean-François founded a consulting service that aims to support clients by creating operational efficiencies. For the past 25 years, he has held a number of positions as President and Vice-President in a variety of consulting and software development businesses. Jean-François graduated from the Université de Sherbrooke with a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems.

Jonathan Gagnon

As Vice-President of Software Engineering, Jonathan Gagnon is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and advancement of Croesus's software development strategy, while training the next generation of developers and leaders. Working in the Croesus environment since 2005, he has 25 years of experience in information technology, including over 16 years in financial technologies. He holds a master's degree in computer science from Concordia University and a bachelor's degree in computer management from the University of Sherbrooke. He is also TOGAF 9.2 and PSM I certified.

Luc Larose

Luc possesses over 25 years of experience as a consultant and project manager. He joined Croesus in 2018 as Project management office manager. Driven by a passion for his work and much appreciated for his integrity, Luc has worked in a number of fields such as banking, information technology, wireless telephony, and customer contact centres for private and public sector companies. He is a certified project management professional and holds an MBA with a concentration in business strategy and a certificate in economics from Université de Montréal. He is also a member of the Barreau du Québec.

Lucie Laliberté

Lucie joined Croesus in 2012 as the Special Projects Director with a mandate to improve business management practices and is now Administrator of the Board of Directors. Since her start at the company, Lucie has ensured that employees benefit from an engaging professional environment and that the company's philanthropic vision of giving back to the community is achieved. Her contribution continues as she is now actively involved in a number of foundations in the region. Lucie graduated from Université Laval in Quebec City as a Chemical Engineer.

Marc Riel

Marc Riel (CPA, FCSI) has worked in the financial sector since the 90s. After beginning his career as a trader at National Bank of Canada, he became the head of trading for the international markets at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. He was also Vice-President at Opes Software before moving into institutional sales at Industrial Alliance Securities. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Concordia University and an MBA from UQAM.

As founder of Croesus, Rémy now holds the role of Executive Chairman of the Board. Since Croesus' very beginnings, he has always relied on human talent and trust to create strong relationships with his employees and clients. Rémy is currently a member of the board of Finance Montréal and is recognized as a philanthropist who is actively involved in various charities. He graduated from the Université Laval in Quebec City with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics.

Sylvain Simpson - President

Since 2016, Sylvain has been at the helm of Croesus and ensures that the board's vision permeates across the different levels of the organization, in addition to playing an active business development role with potential clients. He is known for his in-depth industry knowledge and his commitment to the success of Croesus. With more than 27 years of experience to his credit, he is a pioneer in the creation of numerous software including the very first Croesus platform. Sylvain graduated from ÉTS in Montréal with an Engineering degree and began his career at Croesus in 1994.

Vincent Fraser

Vincent is a mechanical engineer and a graduate of Polytechnique Montreal. In 2000, he co-founded Processia, a company specialized in consulting and integration of product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions. During his years at the helm of Processia, overseeing more than 300 people, he led the company's international development plan with operations in the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, and India.
