Brian Berglund is the managing partner responsible for service delivery. Brian has over 30 years of consulting experience spanning both the public and private sectors. He has successfully completed large scale project management and implementation projects using Agile and Lean Development methodologies. He has provided advisory services incorporating lean management concepts. Brian also provides business development services including acquisitions, channel development and large scale outsourcing bid management.
