Deana Ellis is responsible for all site acquisition, project entitlements and land development for Cresleigh Homes in Northern California. A key member of the land development team, Deana has extensive experience in mixed use development, master plan communities, project entitlements at the Federal, State and local level, as well as experience in often challenging infill projects. Prior to joining Cresleigh, Deana worked in commercial real estate development for Albertsons, developing new store locations, remodels and acquisitions in California, the Pacific Northwest and the southern United States. Deana has significant experience in development of mixed projects in California including involvement in a number of complicated projects while at Albertsons, such as the 32nd and Clement and Fulton and Masonic projects in San Francisco, which are large urban mixed-use projects with full grocery stores and accompanying residential uses. Deana is devoted to, and has a strong advocacy and track record for, urban and infill development that revitalizes communities with a focus on pedestrian, transit and bike centered communities.
Deana, a graduate of Boise State University, serves on the Policy and Planning board of the Sacramento chapter of the Urban Land Institute and is a board member of the North State Building Industry Association where she utilizes her experience and enthusiasm to press for thoughtful discussion and policy adoption that promotes the principle of mixed use, compact development to revitalize the Sacramento region.

Lawrence Lui received his undergraduate degree in civil engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and his Master of Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He started Cresleigh Homes Corporation in 1990 with major building emphasis in the Sacramento Metropolitan Area, and Stanford Hotels Group in 1987. Through Cresleigh, Mr. Lui has overseen the development of more than 3,000 units of single-family homes and multi-family rental units mostly in the Sacramento Metropolitan Area. Through Stanford Hotels, Mr. Lui has operated and developed a wide range of hotels, including currently thirteen hotels over 4000 rooms under national brands of Hilton, Marriott and Sheraton. Stanford currently is opening a 29-story new build boutique hotel near Time Square in New York, and building 3 other hotels in San Francisco, Seattle and Washington DC. Mr. Lui has personally overseen all development, construction and renovation projects carried out by the Group since its inception. Mr. Lui is a Certified Hotel Administrator, a Registered Professional Engineer and a Licensed General Building Contractor in California and Arizona. He was a two-time Member of the Board of the San Francisco Convention and Visitors Bureau and was on the Hospitality Management Advisory Board of the University of San Francisco McLaren School of Business.

Robert Walter is the General Manager and Senior Vice President of Cresleigh Homes Corporation, California. Robert has 30 years of home-building and development experience. He leads the Cresleigh California team in building multi-family, mixed use projects, and single family communities across the Sacramento and San Francisco Bay Area regions. Previously, Robert served as Senior Vice President for Morrison Homes/Taylor Wimpey, a UK based builder/developer, where he led four homebuilding divisions across California, Nevada, and Colorado.

Todd Sellers serves as the Vice President of Construction in Northern California. He has over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry and Todd's insight and experience has been instrumental in moving Cresleigh into understanding how to resolve complex construction issues as Cresleigh has moved into building dense apartment and urban projects. Todd's strong attention to detail and depth of understanding of construction brings the product quality many steps above that of other development companies and he is a well-known and respected construction industry leader. Todd has been with Cresleigh for nineteen years.

Mr. Kempton is responsible for the operation of Cresleigh Homes Arizona, Inc., including product design and construction, land procurement in the Arizona and Texas markets, land development, new home sales and marketing. He has held licenses as a general contractor in residential and commercial construction and is currently a licensed real estate broker with over 38 years of experience in the general building industry. His current record is one of successfully managing projects and operations and achieving high quality standards in production. He has been responsible for the successful closing of over 5,000 homes in the greater Phoenix and Texas areas. Mr. Kempton earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Arizona State University, with an emphasis in Production and Operations Management and Real Estate. He is an active member of the Homebuilders Association of Central Arizona and is involved in various youth groups and adult organizations in the local community.
