Brad is currently serving as the General Manager at Rosedale Golf Club. Brad was a member of the PGA of Canada for 25 years and during that time served as the Head Professional at Fairview Mountain GC, the Director of Golf at Predator Ridge Golf Resort and the Head Professional at Capilano Golf and Country Club. After 5 years as Head Professional at Capilano, Brad transitioned into the role of General Manager and served in that role for 10 years before moving to Rosedale in September of 2021. He has been a member of CMAC since 2011 and has served as a Director and President of the Pacific Branch and on National Committees.

Currently serving as the Director of Premium Services, Derek's focus is bringing elevated service to the arena's premium members and season seat holders in the clubs, suites, VIP catering, and in seat service.

Jeff is also the Past President of the Ontario Branch (2016-17) and the Southwestern Ontario Branch (2002-03) of the Club Management Association of Canada and is the Past President of the National Board (2021-2022).

After being hired as their Sales & Marketing Manager she knew that Clubs were her true calling; an environment where Customer Relationship Management was foremost and where she had the ability to positively impact people's lives. She has been the Manager of Queen City Yacht Club on the beautiful Toronto Islands for 10 years.

Having grown up at his family restaurant on Falcon Lake Golf Course, Robert has worked in the golf industry for the past 25 years, holding positions in many departments including golf operations, grounds, administration, and food & beverage (both front of house and back of house).
In 2010 while completing his diploma in golf management at Camosun College, Robert entered the world of private clubs at Victoria Golf Club. From there Robert came home to Manitoba to become the Operations Manager at Lorette Golf Course, followed by six years at Pine Ridge Golf Club where he became Assistant General Manager, before taking on the position of Clubhouse Manager at the historic St. Charles Country Club in 2021.
Robert is the current President of the Manitoba Branch and is working towards his CCM designation to supplement his diplomas in business administration and golf management.
Shendal Yalchin is an accomplished and dedicated professional who has excelled as the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at The Hamilton Club for over 14 years. Shendal is known for her exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment to member satisfaction. Shendal is also well known in Hamilton and the surrounding area for her community involvement, which includes but is not limited to her service as Honorary Lieutenant Colonel of The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders of Canada (Princess Louise's), the first female in their over 120-year history, along with her tenure on the Board of Directors of St. Joseph's Healthcare Foundation. Over the last three decades Shendal has helped raise millions of dollars for several not-for-profit organizations throughout the community.

With over 28 years of club management experience, Trevor Noonan is an award-winning private club leader, mentor, educator and professional volunteer. In 2016 he became the Chief Operating Officer of Toronto Club - Canada's oldest private club. Trevor earned his Certified Club Manager designation in 2007 and his Honours and Certified Chief Executive designations in 2013. Trevor was COO of Muskoka Lakes Golf & Country Club when it was awarded the 2013 CSCM Club of the Year. In 2021 his peers selected him as the CSCM Club Manager of the Year. And in 2023 Trevor was presented the Excellence in Club Management - John Furlong Award. Trevor is the only Canadian member of the Distinguished Clubs of the World, an association of just twenty members from centenary city clubs across the globe.
