Brennan is a Managing Partner of 424 Capital, where he leads the firm's investments in healthcare and other industries. Prior to joining 424 Capital, he was a Partner at Brook Venture Partners. Charles is a Managing Partner at MD Healthcare Partners and brings to CSS Health more than 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and healthcare private equity. He is currently the Chief Development Officer at Florida Orthopedic Institute and the Chief Operating Officer at Gastro MD. Prior to joining MD Healthcare Partners, Charles was an investment professional with HealthEdge Investment Partners. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Florida.
Fred is a Senior Advisor and a member of the 424 Capital Board of Directors. He brings to CSS Health more than 35 years of experience in managing growth, acquisitions, and fast-paced change. In 1998, Fred co-founded Brook Venture Partners, which later became 424 Capital. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Yale University. Following his graduation, he joined the U.S. Navy and served as a Lieutenant. Upon completing his service, he earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Guy is an Operating Partner at HealthEdge Investment Partners and brings to CSS Health more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare distribution, specialty pharmaceutical, and medical supply sectors. Before joining HealthEdge, Guy was Executive Vice President for Priority Healthcare Corp., where he helped grow the distribution division from $100 million to $1.3 billion in annual revenue. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Syracuse University, magna cum laude.
Jim joined CSS Health in January 2020, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in technology-enabled pharmacy services and pharmacy benefits administration. Prior to joining CSS Health, he served as CEO of Tricast, LLC, a tech-enabled pharmacy auditing firm, and previously served as CEO of Goold Health Systems, a pharmacy benefits administrator that he later ran as a wholly-owned subsidiary following its sale. Jim holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Syracuse University and earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. In addition to his role on the CSS Health Board of Managers, Jim is a director on the boards of Care & Comfort, a Maine-based home healthcare agency and Reveal Rx, a Wisconsin-based software-as-service firm offering pharmacy claims surveillance. He also serves as Board chairman for the Educare Central Maine Board of Directors, a non-profit learning and development partnership serving children.

Jim founded CSS Health in November 2000 after a career that spanned managed care, community pharmacy, and home-care and long-term care pharmacy. Prior to founding CSS Health, he served as Director of Pharmacy and Ancillary Clinical Services for Univera, a Managed Care Organization based in Western New York. Previously, he served as Director of Managed Care Programs / Research and Development at Centrus, a regional prescription benefit manager based in Albany, New York. He spent more than 15 years as an assistant professor in the Department of Health Services Administration at D'Youville College, and today teaches master's level coursework in epidemiology in the Department of Health Services Administration at Queens University. Jim earned a degree in pharmacy from Albany College, a master's degree in health administration from Union College, and earned his Ph.D. in operations research from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a licensed pharmacist in New York and North Carolina.

Katherine is a veteran of the healthcare industry who joined CSS Health in May 2015. Her more than 20 years of experience spans home health, long-term care, acute care, physician practice management. Prior to her tenure at CSS Health, Katherine spent nine years as Chief Financial Officer at Senior Care Group and previously served as Corporate Controller at Grace Senior Services, Director of Financial Operations at Mobile Medical Industries, and Regional Controller at Home Health Care of America. She holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Kyle joined CSS Health in 2017. A managing partner of 424 Capital, a boutique growth capital partner, Kyle counsels 424 Capital's portfolio companies in financial reporting, analysis, planning, and capital markets. Prior to joining CSS Health and 424 Capital, Kyle was a Partner and Portfolio CFO at Brook Venture Partners. Previously, he held financial management positions with Travelers and Eastman Kodak. Kyle holds a Master of Business Administration from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester and a bachelor's degree in corporate finance from St. John Fisher College.

Liam Brenner is the acting COO of CSS Health's Payer Services team and has worked with the Company since February 2022, which is his second stint with the Company on an outsourced basis. He is currently a partner with TechCXO, a professional services firm that provides experienced, C-Suite professionals to deliver strategic and functional consulting services for technology companies. Most recently, prior to rejoining TechCXO and CSS Health, Liam was part of the founding management team for Haven, the Amazon, Berkshire, JP Morgan Chase joint venture where he served as both Head of Finance and Head of People. For more than 25 years, he has consistently delivered exceptional results as a CEO, CFO and COO for both client companies and owned or started ventures. Liam has primarily worked with early stage companies, with healthtech and tech enabled companies being a focus for the last 10 years. Liam has an MBA from Babson College‘s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. He also received his BS in Accounting from Babson.
Miklos joined CSS Health in November 2021 and oversees the Software Engineering and Product Development functions. He has over 20 years of experience with both private sector and government entities, and brings with him a wealth of experience in healthcare, payer and provider data exchange systems, and policies. Prior to joining CSS Health, he served in a number of leadership roles, including Senior Director of Product Engineering at Goold Health Systems where he managed the software development and data warehouse departments. Miklos' background also includes a Computer Engineering degree from Auburn University, PMP certification, and is a Certified Enterprise Architect.
Perry joined CSS Health in January 2017 and previously served as the company's Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining CSS Health, he spent more than 30 years working in pharmacy systems, packaging, and automation. Previous positions include Executive Vice President of Business Development at Manchac Technologies and Vice President of Sales at MTS Medication Technologies. Perry earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College.
