Creek Ranch is Routt County's most unique, environmentally-sensitive, low-density ranch and open space preserve. Three easements forever protect the Ranch from further development or change. Easements are in place to protect the riparian and fish habitat, elk calving grounds, and ranch grounds... Homestead building parcels are strategically located to minimally impact the abundant wildlife, the ranching operation, and the open space. Homestead parcels range from 6-17 acres. However, each homestead owner will enjoy, in addition to their private homestead purchase, ownership in common of 1,280 acres. By sharing the stewardship of the Ranch with the other homestead owners, living at the Ranch will be a worry-free and rewarding lifestyle.
