CREST Realties was founded by Aaron Drazin in 1995 and was initially involved in the ownership and redevelopment of older industrial properties in the Montreal area. CREST's entry into the industrial market was with the purchase of the Lasalle Industrial Complex comprising of 10 buildings totaling 800,000 s.f. on 2.3M s.f. of land... Most recently, CREST built a 140,000 s.f. 32' height expansion to their large industrial building in Terrebonne creating an institutional grade property of 365,000 s.f... CREST Realties maintains strong ties with the rest of the Drazin family and continues to work with them for real estate deals and projects.
