Paul has over 45 years of leadership in the field of civil engineering. He was named the ACEC Utah Engineer of the Year (2016) for his professional accomplishments and contributions. His work has positively impacted communities along the Wasatch Front. He has completed numerous projects for Ogden City, Weber County, and throughout Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District and Farmington City as resident engineer. He is also known for his expertise state-wide in flood control projects. Paul received the Civil Engineering Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Utah (2012), was appointed by Utah Governor Gary Herbert to the State Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors Licensing Board (2014-2018), and served as a long-time board member of the College of Engineering National Advisory Council at University of Utah.

Scott Harbertson

Scott grew up in Davis County and attended Brigham Young University. He married Kristen Frazier from Huntsville Ut. and they settled and raised their family of six children in Farmington Ut. While living in Farmington Scott served 2 terms (8 years) as the Mayor of Farmington. Among the many projects that were underway during that period of time, the most exciting and time-consuming was the Station Park commercial and office development. During the early stages of this project, he was able to work very closely With the CRS Eng. team that served as the city engineers. Scott and his brother were the founders and co-owners of THB Inc. in North Salt Lake, THB was an Industrial Fastener Distribution company and was in business for over 32 years before they sold the company. Scott also served as the Director of Community Relations for the Economic Development Corporation of Utah (EDCU) for a number of years.
