After graduating with a degree in Business Administration, I have worked in customer service and administration roles ever since. I have many years of experience working on the provider side of medical insurance and look forward to growing in knowledge of property and casualty insurance. I enjoy educating and serving customers so they can have clarification and peace of mind.

I have been doing business with Creswell Insurance Agency for over 25 years. I hate to say it, but in those 25 years it seems I have had more than my share of bad luck! From roofs, to wrecks, to vehicle break downs, I have been through them all.The great folks at Creswell have been there for me every time. A tornado passed over our subdivision about 20 years ago. I asked Terry to check on my roof. The next morning they were there to look at it, and I had a check in my hand immediately. About 10 years ago I was "T-Boned" at an intersection. My car was totaled. The next day I got a copy of the accident report to Terry and, the next day I picked up my check for the full price of the car.More recently, last Thanksgiving in Cullman Alabama, our car broke down on Saturday afternoon. In the next 3 months, I had 2 other cars break down. In all 3 situations I called the 1-800 number that goes with my auto policy and EVERY time the response was really great. I have a wife, Carmen Carroll, and three children; Molly, Gordon Carroll (7), Abigail Carroll (5), and Christoper "Graham" Carroll (2). We enjoy going to the river and to Oxford, MS to Ole Miss sporting events. We also spend lots of time at many different ballparks with our children

I grew up in the rural community of Jacks Creek, TN on a 175-acre farm. I received my insurance license in 1985. I am licensed in life, health, and property and casualty. I enjoy meeting new prospects and turning them into clients by providing them with the best companies and competitive rates. Most of all, I pride myself on providing the best customer service possible! I believe in taking care of my clients to the highest degree.
When I am not in the office you can find me spending time with my grandchildren and attending lots of sporting events. I am a Tenessee Vols fan all the way! Go Vols!
I am very involved in the Exchange Club Carl Perkins for the Prevention of Child Abuse. I have served on the board of directors on and off for years. I enjoy assisting in many ways at my local church and trying to do my part.

When I was 11, my family and I moved to Humboldt, TN, where we could be closer to family. I started working in the insurance industry in 2007 as a CSR. In 2008, I became a licensed insurance agent in Humboldt, TN, where I worked for six years. In 2015, I started working for Creswell Agency. I love hanging out with my family, reading a good Christian mystery novel, and going to the beach. When I am not at work, I am hanging with family, watching Netflix, or taking a nap with my dog.
