Custom Motorbodies (1998) Limited has been providing high-quality cost-effective solutions to the Road Transport Industry in New Zealand for more than 20 years. It is owned by Peter Gilling - in fact, he liked it so much, he has owned it twice!
Peter has been an engineer for the whole of his working life. He has had a broad range of experience, starting out as a Marine Engineer with in the Royal New Zealand Navy, and then moving into the private sector and corporate world before coming into motorbody building in 1994. Since then, he has become well known in the industry for his high expectations of his team and himself and has built a reputation for doing what he says he will do, standing behind his work and putting in maximum effort to provide the highest quality product at every level.
