Forrest has over 20 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, accounting, management and providing IT Solutions. Prior to joining CSI Technologies, Forrest began his career with a large chemical manufacturer, working as an engineer at plants in New Jersey and Louisiana. He then joined a small, startup environmental company where he gained experience with database application implementation in several areas such as drawings and data control, facility and equipment maintenance management, and project management. Just prior to joining CSI, Forrest was responsible for the successful implementation of an ERP software system at a $20 million/year valve manufacturer. Forrest has been involved in SYSPRO IT Solutions at every level, including setting implementation goals and timelines, training employees and customizing reports and screens. Forrest's expertise includes designing Crystal Reports, enhancing the software using Microsoft Visual Basic, the VBA scripting language, and expertise with the e.net application framework to tailor the software, and the Microsoft SQL database. Forrest has the experience to effectively solve problems throughout the organization. Forrest is a graduate of Rice University with degrees in Chemical Engineering and Economics Magna Cum Laude.

Jennifer is a marketing and sales professional with experience in legal research and writing, pro bono/public interest work, and reorganizing companies media kits to promote development and growth. Prior to joining CSI Technologies, Jennifer worked in Washington D.C. at the Pro Bono Institute where she researched pro bono legislation. Additionally, she worked for EveryChild, in London, creating the organization's first media kit and rewriting their website for depth and clarity. Jennifer is presently working on her SYSPRO software certification. Jennifer received her JD in Law from New York Law, in addition to a BA degree in Corporate Communications from Southern Methodist University. Jennifer's experience includes working in the oil and gas industries as an associate for a Corporate Litigation firm.

Prior to CSI Technologies, Larry has held a variety of positions with a nation-wide retailer and subsequently owned and operated three different retail businesses. When Information Technology started to become prevalent across industries, he became an application developer/programmer and created many custom business applications for a variety of industries across East and South Texas. He also spent several years as a manager of development for a nationwide healthcare software firm heading up a team of developers. Larry brings a unique combination of experience and skills to the CSI team. Larry has implemented a number of SYSPRO IT Solutions, as well as specializing in Crystal Report writer design, working with the VBA script language and system enhancements. Larry obtained his degree from Mississippi State University and an MBA from McNesse State University. While at Mississippi State, Larry played on the Men's Basketball Team and made it to the Final Four.

Michael Tashman provides IT Solutions as a proven executive with more than 25 years of experience of corporate performance through business process optimization and IT solutions development credited with a strong ROI. Some of CSI's clients include the following distribution and manufacturing industries: steel, flange, oil field services, electronic, food and beverage, medical device, plus a variety of other industries, varying in size from four million to over one hundred million dollars. Michael began his career in the late 1980s serving as president and CEO of a newly founded CSI Technologies. He executed a strategy that targeted inventory control and management and grew the company to what is today. Michael concentrates on driving corporate performance for his clients and implemented cost cutting initiatives that drive down the client's cost to produce and reduce the production cycle time through the integration of enterprise-wide operations. Michael has structured an overall corporate strategy, implemented financial ERP systems, introduced efficient business processes and deployed organizational change management initiatives. Michael is a Texas CPA and received his MBA in Finance from St. Thomas University, Houston, in addition to BS degrees in Accounting and Biology from the University of Southern California. Mike's experience includes working in the oil and gas and the oil drilling industries as a controller, followed by being the CFO of an air conditioning manufacturing company.
