Mr. Warren is Cofounder and President of Coronet Communities. Coronet Communities has been conceived to create environmentally conscious, next level product and lifestyle opportunities for the growing Build For Rent (BFR) residential asset class. Coronet Communities is the first and only BFR developer in the country pursuing USGBC LEED certification for its entire project portfolio. Mr. Warren served as President of Arizona Homebuilder Maracay, a member of the TRI Pointe Group (NYSE: TPH) from 2009 to 2020. Maracay was named the 2019 #1 Top Company to Work For in Arizona by The Arizona Republic/azcentral in partnership with the Arizona Commerce Authority and BestCompaniesAZ. Under Mr. Warren's leadership Maracay grew to become the largest operation within the TRI Pointe portfolio of companies. In 2019 Mr. Warren also led TRI Pointe's Austin Texas homebuilding operation. Before joining Maracay, Mr. Warren devoted 6 years as Partner and Chief Operating Officer of EYA, a private, urban-infill homebuilder and developer based in Bethesda, Maryland, servicing the Washington D.C. metro area. Prior to that he spent 16 years in various management capacities with Bethesda, Maryland-based Winchester Homes, ultimately serving as the company's Executive Vice President. Mr. Warren is an Executive Committee Board Member and Immediate Past Chairman of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC). He also currently serves on the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Arizona Advisory Board. Over the past decade Mr. Warren has served on multiple Arizona based civic and community organizations. Mr. Warren is an Advisory Board member with Land Advisors Organization, the largest residential land brokerage firm in the United States, with Elevation, a fully integrated residential energy solutions company, and with Diamond Age, which utilizes 3D printing, mechatronics, and robotics in order to automate the process of building new homes. Mr. Warren also serves on the Board of Elders at Living Streams Church and as a Board member with the Phoenix Rescue Mission. Mr. Warren holds an MBA degree in Finance from George Washington University and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University. His market insights have been quoted in national publications, including the New York Times and Wall Street Journal.

Mr. Sanders' is responsible for Crown West's asset management and leasing for its office and flex-office portfolio. Prior to joining Crown West in 2007, Mr. Sanders was a Senior Auditor with Deseret Management Corporation, a diversified private holding company based in Salt Lake City with subsidiaries in the financial services, publishing, broadcasting and property management industries. Mr. Sanders also worked with Nashville Capital Network, an early-stage venture capital group. Mr. Sanders is a graduate of Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management and the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Hawkinson oversees all maintenance for Crown West's commercial real estate in the Inland Northwest as well as its water utility and farm irrigation systems. He is a certified Water Engineer and licensed water utility operator. He previously was a construction supervisor and manufacturing foreman.

Mr. Breckner joined Crown West in 2004 and is Leasing and Tenant Relations Manager for the Spokane Business and Industrial Park and is responsible for new business development for the Northwest Region. He is a graduate of Gonzaga University.

Mr. Wingert is the head of Crown West Land Group, a division of Crown West Realty focused on residential and commercial land acquisition and development. He is responsible for all aspects of land acquisition, planning, entitlement, infrastructure development, financing, and sales processes as well as governmental relations for the Group. Prior to joining Crown West, Mr. Wingert was a senior executive with Forest City Land Group for 25 years and oversaw master-planned communities in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, New Mexico and Texas. Mr. Wingert received his B.S. degree from the University of Arizona, and achieved a Professional Civil Engineer (P.E.) certification in California and Arizona. He is a member of the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association, the Metropolitan Pima Alliance and the Pima County Real Estate Research Council. He has also served on the Executive Committee for the Greater Tucson Economic Council.

Mr. Lane works in Crown West's Phoenix office and oversees land development activities in Arizona and Nevada including entitlements, consultant management, and transactional relationships. He has 30 years of development, engineering and construction experience in the Southwest. He is a former construction manager for HilgartWilson and TB Contractors, where he managed a wide range of developments for national homebuilders, including Richmond American, Beazer Homes, Ashton Woods and Shea Homes, as well as for private investors such as Raintree Investment Group. Mr. Lane holds advanced engineering and construction management degrees from Arizona State University and Brigham Young University as well as a PE certification.

Mr. Gaulin directs CWRG's land development activities in Arizona and Nevada, including entitlements, consultant management, and transactional relationships. Mr. Gaulin has two decades of development experience in the Tucson, Denver and Seattle markets. Prior to joining CWRG, Mr. Gaulin served as the land acquisitions manager for DR Horton in Tucson and managed land departments for other homebuilders in Arizona. Mr. Gaulin holds a BS degree in civil engineering from the University of Arizona.

Mr. Lawrence is responsible for asset management and construction and capital project management for Crown West's extensive portfolio of real estate and water systems. He oversees new development, renovation, remodeling, infrastructure, and tenant improvement projects. His additional responsibilities also include property management functions and tenant relations for nearly 5 million square feet of industrial, commercial and office properties. Prior to joining the Crown West team in 2002, Mr. Lawrence spent 12 years in facilities, construction and property management with Telect and InfoWorld Media Group. Mr. Lawrence is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) pursuing the CPM designation.

Mr. Jenkins is Vice President of Finance for all Crown West Realty entities. He joined Crown West in 2005 and is responsible for financial management, reporting, and tax returns. Mr. Jenkins has 35 years of experience in the real estate development and banking industries. He graduated from Eastern Washington University with an undergraduate degree in accounting and management information systems and has an MBA. He has been a CPA since 1988.
