Chad Groht is the manager of SPT Mid-Atlantic which oversees all operations in Virginia, Delaware, Washington DC, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. He has over 20 year's experience in all aspects of lining including CuraFlo pressurized lining for potable water, CuraFlo lining for fire sprinkler systems, NuFlo cured in place liners, Hammerhead inversion lining and Picote spray lining.

Dr. David Dunn is a highly regarded Ph.D. in polymer chemistry who has served as our Vice President of Research and Development since September 2006. He also has served in that same position for Cohesant since February 2008 and for Cohesant Technologies from September 2006 to February 2008. Dr. Dunn was an independent consultant to Cohesant from February 2006 to September 2006. Dr Dunn also has served as the President of FLD Enterprises, an Adhesives and Sealants Consultancy in Aurora, Ohio since January 1996.

Karl Schmid, a Red Seal Journeyman plumber, is a certified NACE Coating Inspector (Level 2) and Ticketed B gas fitter. With CuraFlo Since 1998, Karl manages Canadian & American Corporate crews and wrote CuraFlo's Technical Manual & Training Curriculum. An expert in the plumbing industry, providing you years of experience.

Phil has been working in the coatings and plumbing industries for the last 25 years, pioneering new technologies, and directing sales and marketing. He is a level one NACE Certified Coating Inspector and an award-winning Sales Manager/Director. Phil's technical knowledge combined with an integral emphasis on creating meaningful client relationships results in multi-million dollar projects across the U.S. As Curaflo's VP of Sales and Marketing, Phil is committed to providing clients with the best solutions through a sustainable approach.

Sanjiv has been with CuraFlo since January 1999. During this time, he has held various positions in the Company. He was Project Manager of West Coast Pipe Restoration from 2001 to 2005, then General Manager and Director of Operations for CuraFlo from 2005 to 2011, Vice President of CuraFlo of BC Ltd. From 2011 to 2017. Sanjiv is a Mechanical Engineer by training and has served the construction industry for over 32 years.

Steve Mori joined the CuraFlo team in January 2020, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry. Steve has over 30 years of business experience which includes the starting, development, and managing two successful companies. From 1985 to 1987 he worked with Mike Gustavson of PERACV and Naval Research Lab to develop an epoxy coating and in-place procedure for coating large pipe. Steve Mori and American Pipe Lining were the first company to do epoxy pipe lining in North America. Past projects include 40 Naval aircraft carrier vessels, power stations, high rise apartments and business buildings, hospitals, Washington Capital building, underground water lines, grade schools, high schools, college campuses, public housing authorities, military bases, industrial facilities, fire systems, etc.

Stuart McNeill began his career as an accountant with Coopers Lybrand in Corporate Finance and has been in private equity for over 30 years. Stuart has invested in a wide diversity of companies from digital imaging, cellular, pharmaceutical and digital marketing in North America, South Africa and Europe. He invested in CuraFlo in 2004 and became active in management in 2022. He is primarily responsible for the performance of the CuraFlo US operations.
