Charles "Chuck" Carey

Chuck is joining our team with a wealth of experience, as the Senior Information Systems Examiner for the State of Vermont Department of Financial Regulation (DFR) - he has 29+ years of financial regulation and 25+ years of Information Technology supervision. Chuck also holds the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) designation of Certified Information Systems Examiner (CISE), Certified Cyber Security Examiner (CCSE), and the Certified Senior Bank Examiner (CSBE). Additionally, he successfully completed the TIA Comp classes for Security+ and Network Security+. He has an Associates of Science Degree from Vermont State Colleges in Accounting and Computer Science. Chuck's background includes Information Technology examinations of small, medium and large Banks, Credit Unions, Trust Companies, Insurance Companies, and Debt Adjusters. Serving as Vice Chairman of the CSBS Information Technology Committee in his career as well as the CSBS District 1 Chairman and Best Practices Chairman. Chuck has wide-ranging experience with helping and working with financial institutions to meet their regulatory requirements. He received a letter of commendation from Vermont Governor Phillip Scott for his professionalism, expertise, and dedication to public service. Chuck is married with eight children and lives in Keene, NH. He has coached baseball for 35 years and is currently the Keene Post 4 Senior Legion Manager and Coach. He also served in U.S. Army and is an active member of Gordon-Bissell American Legion Post 4.

Eric Stanley - SVP

Eric remained with the Bank until its sale 1999 at which time he was the executive in charge of the commercial and consumer recovery area for a 2.1 billion dollar bank. Upon leaving the bank Eric became the Director of Franchise Development for a large New England Tire Retailer and Franchiser. After building the franchise business Eric chose to build his knowledge in other markets. Eric moved onto a position in the Tool Industry where he was responsible for underwriting commercial accounts, establishing credit limits and managing the Accounts Receivable Area. Eric continued to expand his experience in the commercial underwriting area when he became the Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager for the Nation's second largest independently owned Food Wholesale Grocer. Eric's roll with this organization also gave him a great deal of experience in commercial mergers and due diligence. Eric later joined his business partner at a New England based credit union where he was the Vice -President in charge of consumer and commercial collections for the credit union and its wholly owned CUSO. Eric's expansive background in both the financial world and commercial business world brought him to the decision that it was time to partner in his own business after contributing to the success of others. Eric has a proven track record in the collections and workout area. His team continues to outperform

John Revilla - CEO

Graduated from the University of Vermont, with a BS in Business Started his career in the Financial Industry in 1982 when he joined a 314- million dollar Commercial Bank taking any entry level operations job. He later went on to become the senior level executive in charge of all commercial non-credit services and all bank operations for the 2.1 billion dollar bank. In 1999 the bank sold and John took a VP position with a State Trade Association, where he brought together credit unions and community banks to build an expansive ATM and Debit card network to compete with large regional and super regional banks.
