Anita Decina

Anita Decina is Heritage-Crystal Clean's Vice President of Operational, Safety, & Environmental Excellence. She is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, worker safety, and transportation compliance across our nationwide network of branches, wastewater treatment plants, recycle centers, and solid waste processing facilities. She leads a talented team of environmental compliance, health and safety, and DOT safety compliance professionals. Her team has led the implementation of multiple safety and compliance programs resulting in increased compliance and improved environmental sustainability practices. Anita joined Crystal Clean in 2000 and has held several roles related to EHS and DOT compliance. Anita spearheads the Company's quality and standardization process, and also leads Crystal Clean's Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Corporate Sustainability initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

Brian Recatto - CEO, President

Brian Recatto is President and CEO of Heritage-Crystal Clean and has served on its board of directors since 2012. Before being named CEO in February 2017, Brian served as President of U.S. Operations for Gibson Energy, Inc., one of the largest independent midstream energy companies in Canada, and a major U.S. crude oil logistics operator. Brian joined Gibson through its acquisition of OMNI Energy Services, where he served in several executive positions during his 13-year career with OMNI, including Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Gibson, he was President of Charles Holston, Inc., a waste management and environmental cleaning company, from 2004 to 2007. Brian also spent seven years with Philip Services Corporation, where he served in various operating and executive positions, including roles as General Manager of Gulf Coast Waste Operations, Senior Vice President By-Products Service Group, and President of Industrial Services. He joined Philip Services Corporation through its acquisition of Meklo, Inc., where he had served as President for six years. Brian holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Louisiana State University. On January 31, 2017 the Founder and CEO of the company, Joe Chalhoub, retires. Joe is officially replaced the following day, February 1, 2017, by Brian Recatto.

Chris Gordon - CHRO

Chris Gordon is Heritage-Crystal Clean's Vice President of Human Resources and leads the company's HR division to build a strong, employee-empowered culture throughout the organization. He is also responsible for improving and establishing new training programs throughout the company that enhance the engagement and professional development of all employees. Chris joined Crystal Clean in 2019 and has more than 15 years of experience in human resources. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Miami and has a Masters Certificate in Human Resources from Villanova University.

Craig Rose - CIO

Craig Rose is Heritage-Crystal Clean's Chief Information Officer. He is responsible for leading the IT department to support the technology and infrastructure needs of the company with innovative solutions, ensuring the company utilizes the latest technology to support staff and create a positive customer experience. Craig joined Crystal Clean in 2002 and has led a variety of technology and infrastructure projects, such as the rollout of various mobile applications, development of customer portals, device/infrastructure updates, and more. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and has more than 30 years of information technology experience.

Dennis Wolff

Dennis Wolff is Heritage-Crystal Clean's Executive Vice President of Sales. He oversees the sales and operations of more than 90 Crystal Clean branches across the USA. Dennis joined Crystal Clean in 2014 as Vice President of Business Management before becoming Vice President of Sales and has been a key leader in helping the company achieve continued positive revenue growth year over year. Prior to joining Crystal Clean, Dennis spent his career in investment banking, managing mergers and acquisitions in the industrial space for various Fortune 50 companies. Dennis holds an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.

Ed Guglielmi

Ed Guglielmi is one of Heritage-Crystal Clean's Divisional Vice Presidents and oversees the sales and services growth at more than 35 branches throughout the Midwest and Northeast United States. Ed joined Crystal Clean in 2001 and has held several roles related to business development. He has overseen multiple branch openings during his career and led integration teams for several HCC acquisitions over the years, as well as been part of a team that implemented Crystal Clean's New Employee Orientation Program. He continues to lead initiatives for new business development and cross selling.

Glenn Casbourne

Glenn Casbourne is Heritage-Crystal Clean's Vice President of Engineering and Re-Refinery Operations. He is responsible for engineering projects at Crystal Clean's facilities, as well as overseeing the operation of Crystal Clean's 75-million gallon per year Oil Re-Refinery. Glenn joined Crystal Clean in 2009 as Vice President, Engineering and led the design and construction of the Indianapolis Re-Refinery, the second largest of its kind, and assumed operations responsibilities in 2014. Prior to joining Crystal Clean, Glenn spent nearly three decades in executive and senior project management capacities with several leading oil and energy companies. Glenn's 40 years of experience in the recycling/petrochemical industry began when he started working with SNC-Foster Wheeler in Montreal after earning a degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University. Glenn is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.

Jordan Denney

Jordan Denney is Heritage-Crystal Clean's Vice President of Business Development. He has oversight of Crystal Clean's product management and marketing teams, guiding the company's strategy to expand its customer base through product and service initiatives, new market identification, and consumer-facing marketing. Jordan joined Crystal Clean in 2022 and has more than a decade of experience in the environmental industry, managing cross-functional teams and leading various growth initiatives. He holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Washington. Jordan is also a United States Marine veteran and served from 2001 - 2005.

Mark Devita - CFO, EVP

Mark DeVita is Heritage-Crystal Clean's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He oversees the accounting, finance, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, investor relations, internal audit, tax, information technology, procurement, and real estate functions at Crystal Clean. Before taking on the role of CFO, Mark served as Vice President of Business Management & Marketing in 2011. Mark has been with the company since 2000 and held several key positions related to business management, finance, and acquisitions. With more than 25 years of industrial and hazardous waste industry experience, Mark has taken the lead in developing multi-million-dollar lines of business for the company. Mark holds a bachelors with Honors in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, as well as an MBA from Northern Illinois University. Mark also earned his CPA and worked in public accounting for 4 years before joining Crystal Clean.

Mary Pat Thompson

Ms. Thompson has served as a director on our Board since July 2022. She has served in various financial and executive roles throughout her career. Ms. Thompson has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and advisory leadership roles. She previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Taronis Fuels, Inc. from 2021 through her retirement in 2022. She also served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of MWI Animal Health from 2005 through 2018, with oversight of finance, inventory management, information technology, and human resources. Ms. Thompson also currently serves on multiple boards. She has served on Director of H&E Equipment Services, Inc. since 2019 and a Director for Winc Inc. since 2022. She is also a member of the board of directors for various private entities. Ms. Thompson graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Idaho with a B.S. in accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Idaho. The Board has concluded that Ms. Thompson should be a director of the Company because of her financial and leadership experience with the above entities, as both an executive and board member. Her expertise is also beneficial to the Company in evaluating ESG initiatives and growth opportunities.

Matthew Munz

Matthew Munz is Heritage-Crystal Clean's Vice President, Base Oil Sales. He oversees the sale and distribution of more than 50 million gallons of re-refined base oil produced by the Indianapolis oil re-refinery. Matthew joined Crystal Clean in 2014 as the Director of Base Oil Sales and is also involved with ensuring the consistent production of quality products that meet PCMO - HDEO standards, as well as identifying new applications and industries for the re-refined oil. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University.

Mike Petkovich

Mike Petkovich is Heritage-Crystal Clean's Vice President of Operations, Antifreeze & Waste Water Facilities, and he oversees the operations of Crystal Clean's antifreeze recovery centers, waste water treatment facilities, and non-RCRA waste processing locations throughout North America. He is responsible for ensuring the safe operation of these facilities as Crystal Clean continues to improve its sustainable capabilities.

Pierre Chalhoub

Pierre Chalhoub is Heritage-Crystal Clean's Vice President of Logistics, Fleet, Terminals, & Hubs. In this role, he is responsible for the company's internal and external transportation and fleet activities, as well as Crystal Clean's oil collection depots and rail spurs. He leads the transportation department as it supports the transportation and logistics needs at more than 100 locations throughout Crystal Clean's network, improving the company's supply chain logistics. Pierre joined Crystal Clean in 2006 and has held several roles in the company's accounting, finance, and transportation departments. He has played an important role in establishing processes, procedures, and functions that have improved efficiencies and saved significant dollars across the company. Pierre holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montréal, Québec majoring in Finance and a master's degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University. He also earned his CPA in the State of Illinois.

Robert W. Willmschen, Jr

Mr. Willmschen has served as a Director on our Board since March 2008 and served as Chief Financial Officer of Safety-Kleen from 1981 to 1997 and as Controller of Safety-Kleen from 1979 to 1981. He was Executive Vice President, Finance of ABC Rail Products Corporation for approximately one year in 1998. Since 1999, he has been engaged in managing his private investments. He also has nine years' experience in public accounting, including Audit Manager with Arthur Andersen LLP. The Board has concluded that Mr. Willmschen should be a Director of the Company because of his demonstrated financial experience in the Company's industry area. His CPA and public accounting experience is also beneficial to the Company and he is a designated financial expert for the Board.

Simon Bell

Simon Bell is Heritage-Crystal Clean's Executive Vice President of Operations. He has oversight of Crystal Clean facilities, including non-hazardous and hazardous waste facilities, as well as all other operating functions including fleet, logistics, EHS, and industrial services. Simon joined Crystal Clean in 2024 and has more than three decades of environmental experience, with a diverse background in operations, strategic planning, permitting, facility build outs, mergers & acquisitions, and P&L management. He was most recently Chief Operating Officer of US Ecology. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Colorado State University.

Todd Rohde

Todd Rohde is one of Heritage-Crystal Clean's Divisional Vice Presidents and oversees the sales and services growth at more than 50 branches throughout the Southern, Southeastern and Western United States. Todd joined Crystal Clean in 2003 and has worked in several branch and regional manager roles, overseeing teams of sales and service representatives serving a diverse range of customers. He is responsible for developing and expanding Crystal Clean's service branches into the Western United States and continues to lead development initiatives in the west.
