Alan Grabush

Alan is co-owner of CSG Partners, LLC and is responsible for sourcing transactions and new business. Alan also oversees all dispositions, marketing and leasing efforts for CSG Partners' portfolio. Alan was previously an owner of AMR Enterprises, Inc., a commercial real estate development company located in Baltimore, Maryland which developed speculative office properties. Prior to forming AMR, Alan was a commercial broker in the Baltimore/Washington corridor for 11 years transacting upwards of $425 million in deal volume. Alan is a graduate of the University of Maryland - Baltimore County (Economics and Finance).

Lori Cashen

Lori rejoined Property Management Associates (PMA) in 2020. With over 20 years' experience in real estate accounting, she brings in-depth knowledge of commercial, retail and residential real estate accounting principles, concepts and conventions. In her role as Controller, Lori oversees accounting operations, including financial reporting, cash management, internal controls, accounting policies & procedures, budgeting and financial analysis. Prior to joining PMA in 2020, Lori served as Senior Accountant for MCB Real Estate and Controller for Broad Reach Retail Partners. Lori's previous experience includes 10 years as Controller for PMA's affiliated company (CSG Partners, LLC) and its legacy company (Creaney & Smith Group, LLC). Lori holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, University College.

Matthew W. Steinmeier

Matt is co-owner of CSG Partners, LLC and is responsible for negotiating financing, acquisition, disposition and redevelopment transactions. Matt also manages all legal and operational matters for CSG Partners and oversees all financial reporting for its owned and managed properties. In his tenure with CSG Partners, Matt has closed $700MM in transaction volume (debt/equity/acquisition/disposition). Prior to joining Partners, Matt practiced law in California and Maryland, specializing in taxation, general business representation, private client matters, and business succession planning. In addition to his legal experience, Matt also served as controller for a California wholesale insurance brokerage. Matt is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles (Business Economics) and the UCLA School of Law and is admitted to both the California and Maryland State Bars.
