Dan Salliotte has over 30 years mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategy experience. He brings this expertise to Curran Group where he serves as the Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions, tasked with refining Curran Group's M&A strategy. Prior to joining Curran, Dan spent over 18 years at IDEX Corporation where he was a corporate officer in charge of global corporate development and corporate treasury activity. During his tenure at IDEX, he helped lead more than 40 transactions within the industrial fluidics, health and science and fire protection markets. Earlier in his career, Dan gained a breadth of strategy and M&A experience in consulting, private equity and corporate environments having worked at Oxford Investment Group, SPX Corporation and Deloitte Consulting during the period 1990 - 2004. He and his wife live in Lincolnshire, Illinois.
Greg Preves - Chief Legal Officer, VP

Gregory Preves has over 30 years of experience in the legal field, specializing in the areas of corporate law and governance, contracts, construction law, employment law, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation. He has spent almost 16 years with Curran Group, Inc. and currently serves as Vice President and General Counsel. During his career, Greg practiced law as an associate at several Chicago-area litigation firms, served as a judicial law clerk to Justices Fred G. Geiger and Susan F. Hutchinson of the Illinois Appellate Court, and taught legal writing courses at Loyola University of Chicago School of Law as an adjunct faculty member. He is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He has a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and a B.A. from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. He lives in Crystal Lake, Illinois, with his wife and three children.
Matt Stillings brings his wealth of business knowledge and leadership to Curran Group as President. His skills include creating high energy/fast paced cultures, where accountability and risk are rewarded, and growth initiatives are key. In his previous life, he has worked for IDEX and Rexnord where he worked on the executive teams of both while running a large division at each. This allowed Matt vast manufacturing and management experience which he brings to his current role. Through his role at IDEX, he was able to climb his way up managing various sized business units until he served on that executive team. He graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and lived for two years in Brazil. He currently lives in Inverness with his wife and is a proud girl dad to three grown daughters.
Michelle Parsons is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in driving value creation and operational efficiency. She brings these skills to her current role as CFO of Curran Group. In her previous role, as the CFO of Currax Pharmaceuticals, she led successful mergers and acquisitions, restructured business operations, and implemented robust governance models. Before that, Michelle held key roles at Horizon Therapeutics, and Fresenius Kabi, where she excelled in financial planning, ERP implementations, and cost reduction strategies. Her leadership has resulted in significant synergy achievements, top-line growth, and substantial tax savings. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bloomsburg University and has received numerous industry awards, including the 2021 Nashville Business Journal CFO of the Year Nominee and in 2017 the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association Luminary Award Winner. She lives with her husband and two children in Lake Zurich, Illinois.
