Futhermore, by functioning strictly as investors and not brokers, Cypress Real Estate is not in the fee business and does not accept commissions. Our affiliated company, JDS Management, operates and manages our own portfolio of properties to ensure that our centers are excellently maintained and that our tenants are extremely satisfied, leading to high occupancy rates and lasting landlord/tenant relationships.
