Anup Chand a Civil Engineer educated from the prestigious Institute, Dehli College of Engineering, and an MTech Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology. In 1981 Mr. Chand worked as Senior Engineer in State Organizations of Roads and Bridges in Iraq. In 1986 worked as an Executive Engineer in the Ministry of Surface Transport where he was entrusted with the responsibility of construction of bridges in the state of Andhra Pradesh. In 1990 he went to Mozambique where he worked as a Resident Engineer for supervision of rehabilitation of Maputo roads. Mr. Chand joined Civil and Planning Partnership (Pty) Ltd, a Construction Consultancy Company in Zimbabwe, as Senior Highway Engineer where he was later promoted to Senior Management Engineer. In 1998 Mr. Chand formed Curechem Overseas and is the current Group Managing Director.
Chetan Kumar Asthana is a Chemistry graduate with a Business Management degree. He started his career in 1998 with the Japanese giant Juki Singapore in consumer electronics. In the year 2000, he joined IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd, India's leading Chemical & Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing company under the flagship of Trident Group as Manager Marketing. He was promoted to Vice President of Marketing & Purchase in 2009. Later on, in 2012 he joined Luna Chemicals Ltd another leading Indian manufacturing company in Chemicals & Pharma as a COO. Devender Mehta serves a dual role as the Group General Manager Logistics for the group and COO for the Zimbabwe branch. He is a holder of an MBA in Finance and joined Curechem as an Internal Auditor in 2013. He was promoted to the position of Group General Manager- Finance and in June 2018, became Chief Operating Officer of the Zimbabwe branch. He has over 27 years wealth of experience from his previous work experience in the financial sector.

Manoj Joshi holds a Master of Commerce Degree with over 25 years of rich experience in the field of Financial Planning, Audit, Taxation, and Management skill at various positions in Cure Chem Group since 2005.
Manoj Joshi currently holds the position of Group General Manager Finance with the additional responsibility of Managing Director of Cure Chem South Africa Pty Ltd.

Mr. Mugove Manjera holds an MBA, Psychology Degree, and Diploma in Human Resources Management. He has eighteen years of experience in Human Resources and Administration. He worked for Steel Makers Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd and Typocrafters, a commercial division of Zimpapers Public Limited. He joined Curechem Overseas (Pvt) Ltd in July 2010 as Human Resources and Administration Manager. In 2014 he was promoted to the position of Group Human Resources and Administration Manager, the position he holds to date.

P N Kutty's career started in 1985. Kutty joined CURECHEM in 2002 as an Office Assistant. Kutty was promoted as Group General Manager-Procurement in 2010. Kutty is also played the role of Curechem India Branch Head. Kutty is a Procurement professional with 36 years' vast experience across the source to Pay cycle covering Purchase, Market Surveys, Cost Management, Innovation (New suppliers & buyers), Logistics, Partnerships, Customs clearance (Import & Exports), International Trade, Banking, Documentation, Business Promotion, Administration, etc. The entire experience in Chemical Industry.

Urmil Mahajan has a BCom & Masters in Commerce from the Himachal Pradesh University of India. She then went to Iraq where she worked as Senior Engineer in the Expressway project. While in Iraq she was involved in several social welfare projects. In 1986 she returned to India and worked as a senior teacher in St. Vivekanand School till 1990 when she relocated to Mozambique. In 1992 the couple moved to Zimbabwe. In 1996 she joined Global Intertrade Network (Pty) Ltd and worked in various administrative capacities. In 2002 she, together with Anup Chand founded Cure Chem South Africa (Pty) Ltd and assumed the function of Director of Human Resources & Administration.

Yevai Gladys Goto joined Curechem in 2004 as a Sales Agronomist for the new agricultural division for the Cure Chem Group in Zimbabwe. In 2009 she was promoted to Director of the Zimbabwe branch a post she held until her appointment as Deputy Group Managing Director in May 2015. She holds a B.sc Degree in Agriculture, MBA, MSc Strategic Management, and Diploma in Marketing Management.
