Gail Michalak

Gail Michalak, Cydcor's Vice President of Marketing & Communications, is responsible for leading marketing, corporate communications, and public relations for Cydcor and its network of sales offices. She and her team are responsible for Cydcor's internal and external marketing and communications efforts including initiating, developing, directing and implementing multi-channel marketing programs aligning with client and company goals. Prior to joining Cydcor, Gail held positions at Kinko's as Director of Advertising and Creative Services, and Director of Corporate Communications in human resources and development. Gail's contributions led Kinko's to becoming recognized as one of FORTUNE® magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For". Formerly, she was the Associate Vice President of Corporate Communications and Marketing at ARCS Mortgage Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Bank of New York. Gail's other achievements include receiving the 2002 and 2003 Silver and Bronze ADDY Awards, 2002 PRSA Cause-related Marketing Program of the Year and the International Association of Business Communicators Award of Excellence. Gail holds an MBA in Marketing from California Lutheran University, where she received the Distinguished Scholar Award. She also holds a BS in Business Administration and Finance from California State University, Northridge, and attended the professional certification program in public relations and broadcast journalism at UCLA.

Gary Polson - Chairman

Under Gary Polson, Executive Chairman of Cydcor, the company has increased its revenue more than six-fold since 2001, becoming the market leader in outsourced sales. Gary's passion for excellence and never-satisfied approach has led Cydcor to earn both industry and employer recognition. With Gary at its helm, Cydcor has built its reputation on maintaining long term relationships with clients by consistently delivering results and by going above and beyond to help Cydcor's clients gain market share and grow. The company received the most prestigious recognition in its industry by earning "…the distinction of being the most respected sales outsourcing company in the world," according to Datamonitor and The Black Book of Outsourcing survey. Cydcor earned the survey's highest overall client satisfaction ranking at 93 percent and placed first in 9 of the 18 performance categories evaluated as part of the annual survey. Under Gary's leadership, Cydcor was named one of the "Best Places to Work" by the Los Angeles Business Journal, making this the eighth consecutive year the company has earned the award. He has helped create Cydcor's unique culture, including a special emphasis on volunteerism. The company offers paid volunteer time to its employees. Additionally, Cydcor, along with its network of independent sales offices, has raised nearly one million dollars for Operation Smile to provide free surgery for children with cleft lip and cleft palate conditions and to help fund medical missions around the globe. Gary has more than 40 years of experience in business operations including accounting, legal and senior management. Prior to joining Cydcor in 2000, he served as CEO of T/O Printing, a commercial printing and direct mail business. He also practiced as a corporate attorney specializing in commercial transactions for Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp (MS&K), a prominent Los Angeles law firm. Prior to MS&K, he was a staff accountant at Price Waterhouse. He is a member of the Board of Visitors for Pepperdine University's School of Public Policy. Gary holds a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, where he won the American Jurisprudence Award for Constitutional Law and Evidence, and he earned his BA in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Jim Majeski

Jim Majeski, Vice Chairman of Cydcor, has attracted such Fortune 500 clients as AT&T, Bell South, Verizon and UPS. Jim also took Cydcor global, leading business development in Germany, Spain and most recently the UK. He has played a key role in increasing the company's network of independently-owned corporate licensee sales offices. Jim's current focus is on continued international expansion and delivering results for new clients. He is passionate about coaching, mentoring and inspiring people across Cydcor's business. Prior to joining Cydcor in 1994, Jim served as Director of Business Markets at MCI. With more than 20 years of experience in corporate sales, management and strategic brand marketing, Jim currently serves on the board at Pennsylvania State University and St. Thomas University. He founded the Majeski Charitable Foundation in 2002 to support and develop health and education programs for children. Jim holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from St. Thomas University, and continued his executive education at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

Kim Schram

Kim Schram is a specialized business development professional with 22 years of experience in telecommunications and e-business. Throughout her career, Kim has had exceptional success identifying new distribution channels and creating winning relationships between key partners. As a member of the Cydcor team, Kim leverages her strategic business development experience to identify key players. She negotiates winning partnerships in growth segments such as solar, energy and other key home services. Prior to Cydcor, Kim held roles as the Vice President of Business Development for WhiteFence and Director of Channel Strategy and Partner Sales Channels for Qwest Communications. In these organizations, she held leadership roles helping drive key decisions and long-term strategy including business development, partner management, sales, operations and marketing. Kim earned her bachelor's degree in marketing from Michigan State University.

Lalo Burgos - CFO

Olegario (Lalo) Burgos joined Cydcor in 2006 - coming with more than 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to his role as Vice President and General Manager, Canada at Cydcor, he was the Director of Finance and Accounting at the company. In his role as Chief Financial Officer at Cydcor, Lalo is responsible for the company's finance functions in the U.S. and Canada and acts as the primary liaison for financial institutions. As a member of the executive team, Lalo also plays a key role the development and execution of the company's strategy. He holds a BS in Accounting from Universidad Adventista del Plata in Argentina and an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Riverside. He is also a licensed CPA (inactive).

Lex LaSalmonie

As Vice President and General Manager, Retail, Lex LaSalmonie is responsible for growing Cydcor's retail business with current clients and developing new partnerships in the retail space. He was promoted from Retail Director of National Accounts to VPGM in January 2020, after helping to grow Cydcor's AT&T retail segment revenue by more than 200%. Lex joined Cydcor as a National Account Manager in May of 2014, with 15 years of big box retail management experience. Prior to joining Cydcor, Lex was General Manager for Staples Inc., where he was recognized as a top performer, winning multiple regional awards for sales and profitability. Prior to that, he was Regional Manager for IFloor, where he was responsible for stores along the East Coast. Lex started his career working up the ranks at Circuit City starting as a seasonal door greeter to eventually running some of the largest volume stores in New York City, winning several Leaders of Distinction awards along the way.

Milad Hassani - Chief Legal Officer

Milad Hassani helps oversee Cydcor's legal and risk management/mitigation activities, advising on a wide array of corporate, contract and governance matters. Milad joined Cydcor in September of 2014, after nearly five years practicing law as an Associate with the prestigious global law firm of Latham & Watkins. In this role, Milad represented a variety of large public clients on diverse matters spanning mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, and corporate finance. Milad earned his Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he earned multiple awards and served leadership roles as part of the Moot Court program. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, graduating with high honors as a double major in business economics and political science.

Rich Mangafas

Rich Mangafas serves as Cydcor's Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing the VPGM team that drives Cydcor's campaigns and revenue growth. Rich was promoted to the role in 2020, after growing Cydcor's retail business to become its fastest growing and highest revenue contributing segment. In his prior position as Vice President and General Manager, Retail, Rich demonstrated the ability to build the business through effective partnerships, expanding Cydcor's client roster, and by being a supportive and insightful member of the VPGM leadership group. Accountable for sales teams in more than 1,000 retail locations across the United States, Rich developed and executed customer acquisition strategies for the company's retail clients in the highly competitive telecommunications and home entertainment industries. Rich joined Cydcor in 2010, after serving as Regional Director for consumer electronics retailer Ultimate Electronics. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Retail for iFloor, America's largest online flooring retailer. The foundation of his retail expertise was formed at Circuit City, where he rose from Sales Representative to District Manager, earning District Manager of the Year honors in 2006.

Samantha Rogers

With a career spanning over a decade at the company, Samantha Rogers (Sam) has risen through the ranks, from Operations and Campaign Management roles to her current role of the Vice President of Operations and Technology at Cydcor. Before joining Cydcor, Sam worked at Tandem Select, a prominent provider of background and identity services. As the VP of Operations and Technology, Sam oversees critical functions such as Operations, Applications Development, Territory Management, and Low Code Applications teams. She is responsible for defining Cydcor's technology vision and ensuring the organization's technology infrastructure aligns with the company's objectives. Sam also leads the operational support teams and drives solutions to meet the goals of Cydcor's headquarters, field, and clients. Under Sam's leadership, Cydcor has achieved significant IT operational and financial efficiencies, while also creating a roadmap to support the company's strategic growth. Sam is passionate about people development, as evident in her own career trajectory and her role as a trained facilitator for Franklin Covey Time Management, DISC, and Crucial Conversations. She is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, highlighting her commitment to continuous improvement.

Sean Devine

Sean Devine joined Cydcor in 2011 and is recognized as a direct marketing authority. His intimate knowledge of the marketplace has been honed throughout his 25-year career in the industry. Sean is a driving force behind the expansion of Cydcor's client mix to include new industries and channels. He is credited with initiating eight new campaigns in office supplies, merchant processing, and telecommunications. He works closely with the executive team to source new opportunities for Cydcor's expansion. Sean is internationally respected for his unique ability to identify sustainable programs, implement key strategies, and fortify client loyalty. Prior to Cydcor, Sean launched international promotional marketing in Africa, Belgium, France and the U.S. while seamlessly guiding Canadian operations. These included the Hilton Hotel chain, Pizza Hut and the sports franchises of the Montreal Expos and Ottawa Senators.

Vera Quinn - CEO, President

Over her first 25 years (and counting) with Cydcor, Vera Quinn has been a driving force behind the company's growth. Vera was named CEO in 2020 and continues to be a faithful custodian of the business, honing the mission and vision of the company while supporting the advancement of the team around her. As CEO, Vera sets the strategic direction of the business. She understands that in an increasingly automated world, Cydcor exists to unleash the power and uniqueness of people to create generational growth and opportunities. This is a vision that has been with her from the start-as Vera's rise to the company's C-suite is a testament to the power of Cydcor as an opportunity-based business. Vera's focus is on creating long-term value for the business while she is CEO. She is a champion of Cydcor's mission to relentlessly create growth and opportunity for aspiring individuals, entrepreneurs, brands, and customers. In addition to her current role as CEO and President, Vera has served as COO, VP of Operations, and VP of Sales Operations. Vera studied political science and history at the University of Toronto.
