As Development Director, Jack is responsible for deal sourcing and start-to-finish execution of development projects. In addition to his development responsibilities, he oversees the asset management of Commonwealth Properties' portfolio of stabilized assets. Jack received his B.S. in Engineering from the University of Virginia and his M.B.A in Finance and Real Estate from Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
After years of working as a real estate lawyer and commercial developer, in 1998 Steve Middleton founded Commonwealth Properties to develop and acquire residential properties throughout the Southeast. His mission for the company was and is to provide quality lifestyles for the residents it serves with an emphasis on quality of service and construction. By fulfilling this mission, the company has delivered above market rates of return to its investors through all market conditions. Steve received his B.A., M.S., and J.D. from the University of Virginia.
Years of experience in the multifamily industry provided Traci with extensive knowledge and insight into the management of high-end properties. Her multifamily experience led her to an opportunity with Commonwealth Properties. As the Operations Manager, Traci coordinates various projects and procedures with on-site management and construction teams. Traci received her B.S. in Communications from Frostburg State University.
