Dana Cook, owner of Cook's Countryside Trucking, LLC, doesn't say anything that he doesn't mean, and he stands by what he says. So when he says a bold statement like that above, he stands by it. He does that by making regular donations to the Professional Dairy Producers Foundation (PDPF), which he sees as the perfect benefit to himself, his industry and everyone associated with it.

Floyd W. Sutton

Floyd and his wife Kim reside in Freeport, Illinois. They have two daughters, Allison and Emily. A native of Seneca, Wisconsin, he grew up on a diversified livestock farm and earned his B.S. in Animal Science at the University of Wisconsin - Platteville. After graduation, Floyd spent 15 years as ruminant product manager and nutritionist for a national premix company. In 1998 he joined Zinpro Corporation as Great Lakes District Manager. His duties at Zinpro involve sales and market support activities for Wisconsin and key account management duties with Purina Animal Nutrition and Nutra Blend. He works with nutritionists, feed companies, dairy and livestock producers to improve their products and practices. Floyd wants to give back to the dairy industry that has provided so well for him and his family. He has served as an advisor on the PDPW board and knows the importance of the foundation to the Professional Dairy Producers Foundation to the entire U.S. dairy industry.

Janet Keller

JUNEAU, WIS. - The Professional Dairy Producers Foundation (PDPF) Board of Directors announced Janet Keller as Executive Director during their December 2018 meeting. Keller began her duties Jan. 7, assuming the leadership position held by Deborah Reinhart who will officially retire June 1, 2019.

Jim Mlsna

Dr. Jim Mlsna (DVM) shares responsibility in operating Ocooch Dairy in Vernon County, Wis. with his three children. He has been active in the Professional Dairy Producers - PDPW - since the second year of its inception, has served on the Dairy Business Association (DBA) Board of Directors, been a part of UW Discovery Farms, Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin, and for many years, served as Board Chair of Gundersen St. Joseph's Hospital in Hillsboro, Wis. Jim feels that giving opportunities for educating current and future dairy producers will help them navigate the many obstacles they face and enrich their lives.

Natalie Glumm

Natalie is a native of Waukesha, WI and has a diverse career spanning plastics sales management, manufacturing, and distribution to fundraising at nonprofits in higher education, health care, and human services. She received a BA in Business Management from the University Phoenix with a focus on organizational leadership. She has worked at Carroll University, Arizona State University Foundation, Easterseals of Southeast Wisconsin, ProHealth Care Foundation, and most recently United Way of Dane County. Her experience and commitment to community gives her a deep appreciation for how nonprofits seek to improve the quality of life for all and everything they serve.

Russ Warmka

Warmka, his wife Laura and their oldest son Erik own and operate Warmka Holsteins, a 375-acre dairy on which they milk 500 Holsteins and Jerseys. Russ has been a long-time contributor to the foundation as a way of supporting the next generation. Warmka Holsteins is a partner in a custom-forage-harvesting enterprise that does cropping for itself and two other dairies. The business is also involved in the PDPW Enhanced Internship Program, through which a college-age student spends a day learning from and shadowing them on the dairy.

Steven Vale

Steven graduated from UW-Platteville with a degree in Agribusiness and a certification in Leadership/Management from UW-Madison. His career has been focused in the Animal Health and Nutrition fields developing solutions for dairy cattle. Steven carries a passion for giving back to the Dairy Industry by serving on the Board at UW-Platteville, School of Agriculture Advisory Council, and the Dairy's Foundation® Board of Directors; in addition, he supports his local community food bank and church. Steven has traveled to 48 states and 32 countries throughout the world, experiencing the differences and similarities in agriculture. His hobbies include the watching the Green Bay Packers, Badger Football, and investing.
