David R. Del Re is a 1998 graduate of the University of Tulsa Law School. Prior to founding the firm, he served as Assistant State's Attorney in Lake County, Illinois.
Fiona A. McCormick joined Del Re Law Group, P.C. in June, 2012. Ms. McCormick was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in November, 2005. Ms. McCormick has practiced in Lake County for over 10 years, concentrating in family law. Ms. McCormick has also practiced in the counties of Cook, McHenry and DuPage. Ms. McCormick is proficient in sign language and has completed the 40 hour Family and Divorce Mediation Training.

John Radosevich joined Del Re Law Group, P.C. in February of 2021. He was born and raised in Waukegan and was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in November of 2006. He has earned a reputation as a zealous advocate and aggressive criminal defense attorney and has focused his practice on the defense of felony, DUI and misdemeanor cases in Lake County, as well as the defense of persons facing indefinite civil commitment as sex offenders.
Katherine McCollum joined Del Re Law Group, P.C. in August, 2019. Ms. McCollum was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in November, 2019, and concentrates her legal practice on family law and criminal defense.
L. Kat Allen joined The Law Offices of Del Re Law Group, P.C. in October of 2014. Ms. Allen was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in November of 2010. Ms. Allen has practiced exclusively within the area of family law since graduation from law school and has also practiced in the counties of Cook and DuPage. She is a court-appointed mediator, child representative, and guardian ad litem for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit.
