Bob Crosby

Bob, a lifelong resident of Jacksonville, started with Darley's Plumbing in 2005 as a warehouse worker. Since being at Darley's Plumbing, Bob worked his way up to Warehouse Manager, and as a result of the many tasks falling under his responsibility, has been given the title of Logistics.

Carl Darley - President

Carl started plumbing while at Englewood High School here in Jacksonville, FL (where he has been a resident since 1972). While in high school, he was also enrolled at Southside Skill Center as part of their plumbing program. He has been plumbing since 1981, passed the Journeyman exam in 1986, and obtained the State Plumbing Contractor's license in 1993 (License No. CFC056702). With help from his father, he opened Darley's Plumbing in 1993.

Dale Darley - VP

Dale graduated from the University of Florida with bachelors degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. After graduation, he worked in the environmental engineering field until joining the family business in 2005 as Vice President in charge of office management and finances.

Jonny Bass

Jonny was born & raised in Jacksonville, FL. Jonny has 31-years experience in the plumbing trade and has had his Journeyman's License for over 27-years. He has been the Service Department Manager at Darley's Plumbing for 10-years. Jonny is very active in the Jacksonville community and is involved in Pop Warner Football, University Christian sports, and San Souci Baseball.

Mark Cannady

Mark started plumbing in 1982 with a small plumbing company in Jacksonville and worked his way up to a licensed plumber after 4-years in the trade. He started working with Darley's Plumbing in 1998 as a New Construction Plumber. After 2-years, Mark was promoted to New Construction Supervisor, then after four more years, he was promoted to his current position of VP of Construction.
