Joe Leightner is the Vice President of Sales for Datawatch Systems. Mr. Leightner oversees the daily sales functions and is responsible for bid and contract negotiations as well as all permits, licenses and system documentation as related to new and on-going installations. Mr. Leightner has over 25 years of professional experience in strategic sales throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Prior to joining Datawatch Systems in 2017, he held several senior-level positions with national parking management companies.

Kenny Reed is the Director of Business Development for Datawatch Systems. Mr. Reed is responsible for facilitating development of software and hardware applications. Mr. Reed is a native of Philadelphia, PA and was the recipient of a 4-year scholarship to attend the University of Pennsylvania by the Walter Annenberg Scholarship Foundation. Prior to joining Datawatch Systems in 2003, Mr. Reed served as a Senior Project Manager for Fannie Mae responsible for system and software upgrades. Previously, he was a Senior Systems Manager with USA Mobility responsible for maintaining and upgrading the web-based applications utilized nationwide. Mr. Reed received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Para Weerasuriya is the Director of Technology Services for Datawatch Systems. He is responsible for design, implementation, and management of new technology services. Prior to joining Datawatch Systems in 2013, he was the Vice President, New Product Development and Revenue Management for Presidio Corporation and the Chief Technology Officer for Systems Engineering & Business Management. Mr. Weerasuriya started his career as a satellite systems engineer for Intelsat Corporation. During his 22 years at Intelsat Corporation, he held several senior positions in managing commercial and technical functions. He led key initiatives related to product development, marketing, process improvements, and system design and lifecycle operation. Mr. Weerasuriya earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from American University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Strayer University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colombo. He is certified by the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
Rich Rambler is the Director of Operations for Datawatch Systems. He is responsible for daily operations of the client services and account management teams for new installations and existing sites. With over 20 years of experience managing client services teams, Mr. Rambler's primary focus is ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Datawatch Systems in 2002, Mr. Rambler was the manager of the North American Operations/Facilities for Merant, an international software developer serving the needs of clients worldwide. Mr. Rambler oversaw the access control needs of over 20 offices in the US.

Sean Brown is the Senior Vice President, National Account Sales for Datawatch Systems. He is responsible for regional sales development and operations. Prior to joining Datawatch Systems (YEAR), Mr. Brown was General Manager for a national vendor in the northeast region and part of the senior management team that grew their national presence. Previously, he was the Director of Strategic Accounts with the Real Estate division of Winstar Communications and Vice President and Asset Manager of Schroder Real Estate Associates' Washington, D.C. and East coast commercial office properties. He also worked for Grubb & Ellis as District Manager overseeing their New England division. Mr. Brown is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Connecticut; a member of Board of Directors for BOMA Westchester; and a member of the Town of Darien Architectural Review Board. Mr. Brown received a Bachelor of Science from the College of Business Administration at Fordham University.

Stephanie Doggett began her career at Datawatch more than 15 years ago as the first Customer Service Rep. Today; she oversees more than 25 Customer Service Reps in the DC, MD, and VA regions. She is responsible for handling customer-focused strategy development and resources to ensure each customer has a personalized experience. Additionally, she manages her team's daily operations and collaborates with internal teams cross-functionally to continually develop solutions for customers.
A native of the Washington, DC area, Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Chapel Hill, NC. Go Heels! Beat Duke!

Ted Low is the Senior Vice President, Business Growth and Development for Datawatch Systems. He is responsible for southeast regional sales development and operations. Prior to joining Datawatch (YEAR), Mr. Low was Vice President of Business Development for AlliedBarton Security Services, L.L.C., a major national security services provider where he also served as a part of the executive leadership team. Previously, he was Vice President & General Manager for a national vendor and part of the senior management team that grew their national presence. Mr. Low received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Tom Dillon is the Director of Operations for Datawatch Systems. He is responsible for the development and implementation of products and services offered to our clients. Mr. Dillon joined Datawatch Systems in 1993 and began his career, over 20 years ago, as an Installation/Service Technician, and has since held the titles of Project Manager, Installation Manager, and is currently the Director of Operations. He is a licensed master electrician, with a specialty in low-voltage, in Washington DC. Additionally, he is level III certified by NICET for Fire Alarm Systems.
William "Billy" Peel has been directly involved with the growth and success of Datawatch Systems, Inc., since its inception in the early 1980's. Mr. Peel is a native of the Washington D.C., metropolitan area who became involved at a young age with the service-based business owned and operated by his family. Mr. Peel is a Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) and is a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership. He is a member of ASIS International, and a licensed compliance agent in the states of Virginia and North Carolina. He also maintains a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance. Mr. Peel serves on several boards, including the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, the Washington, D.C. Chapter of the Christ Child Society, the Economic Club of Washington, D.C., and the Federal City Council. In addition, he is a proud sponsor of the Make-A-Wish Triathlon and the Easter Seals Bright Hope Campaign, and he is a generous contributor to a variety of charitable organizations and philanthropic causes in the Washington D.C., metropolitan area.
