Christie joined Dasco Insurance Agency in July of 2022. She is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life and Health. Christie previously worked in various roles in firms specializing in Wealth Management and Insurance planning.
In her spare time Christie enjoys cooking, gardening, vacationing at the family lake house and working with the non-profit animal rescue group she founded in 2008.
Connie Wiggins is originally from Tennessee, where she graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in education. She has been with Dasco Insurance for over seventeen years, managing commercial lines business and customer service. In 2012, she earned her CISR designation from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.
Connie enjoys volunteer work for Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago, Wagner Farm in Glenview, IL and the Glenview Farmers Market during the summer.

David A. Samson is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Dasco Insurance Agency. David established Dasco Insurance in 1970 as a full-service agency specializing in property and casualty coverage. David is a licensed insurance broker in Illinois, and holds additional non-resident licenses in most other states. From the beginning, David established a reputation for extraordinary personal service. As an independent agency, Dasco represents a carefully selected group of A-rated insurance companies. Dasco's mission is to provide our customers with the best possible coverage and the best possible price.
David's passion is travel. He and his wife, Marilyn, have travelled to 69 countries.

Karen joined the agency in December 2018.
Karen was born and raised in Ontario, Canada moving to the United States when she was 18. Karen received her Associates Degree in Languages from William Rainey Harper College and speaks fluent French and German.
In her spare time, Karen likes to cook and sew. She also runs an eBay and Amazon store selling collectible glass and ceramic figurines.

As the second generation in the insurance industry, Ken Samson, President of Dasco Insurance Agency, has over 20 years of experience in insurance. Ken graduated from University of Kansas in 1992, received his insurance license in 1993, and earned his CIC designation from the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors in 2006. Ken was presented with the Young Agent of Year Award by the Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois (PIIAI) in 2001. He served as President of the PIIAI (Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois) from 2007-2008, as Chairman of the Board from 2008-2009, and continues to remain active in the organization.
Ken travels to Springfield, Illinois and Washington, D.C. several times each year to meet with lawmakers and discuss issues that affect the insurance industry and its customers.
Ken is a sports enthusiast an avid Paddle Tennis player. When he isn't at the office - he's playing paddle, softball, tennis or coaching his kids in their various sporting activities.
Mary is our longest tenured employee - she joined Dasco Insurance in 1995 as an assistant. She grew her role, honed her knowledge and now directs the business customer service/billing department for our business clients.
Mary's greatest joy is her family and spending time with them in Hayward, WI each summer. Throughout the rest of the year, she volunteers at her church and babysits her granddaughter and grandson.
Matt has been in the insurance industry since 2012 and joined Dasco in 2021. After spending time at Illinois State University, Matt came home to pursue further options in the field of property management. After working for 7 years managing properties in the suburbs, Matt received his Property Casualty Insurance License and shifted his focus to personal and commercial lines insurance. Matt loves working directly with people and offering them assistance in the insurance industry.
